Worst Experience ever
I had the worst experience with this car rental agency and would strongly advise others to avoid it.
The car I was given was not in good condition—there were already visible scratches and damages when I picked it up. Unfortunately, this turned into a major issue later.
After returning the vehicle, the company unfairly charged me a significant amount for a minor dot on the windshield that was clearly pre-existing. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to take responsibility and did not provide any reasonable resolution. It felt like a deliberate attempt to extract extra money. They refused to accept the car and said they would charge for every extra day until I get the police report and until I pay them additional insurance charges. They made me to get a police report for a dot on the windshield which definitely did not happen from me. The police report cost me AED420 and they charged me additional AED1105 for insurance. They ripped me off.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. There are far better and more trustworthy car rental options out there.

Worst company ever
Check the points below before considering this company as they have lots of hidden fees
1- they are counting by 30 days not by month to take more money
2- if you deliver the car they will take money if the branch is not the same one they handed the car to
3- they take 5.6 DHA for each liter of fuel (imagine) instead of the price of 1.8 highest super local price
4- they might take more money for claiming that there is indentation which was not there at time of car handed to them.
5- they are having lots of numbers none of them is responding
Run away for other companies

Very poor experience – not recommended
I had a very disappointing experience with Indigo Rent a Car.
I booked a Nissan Kicks by phone after Dwight confirmed that one was available at the Al Quoz branch. When I arrived, the car was not available at all. When I called Dwight and his line manager, Tammy, neither of them apologized. Instead, they argued with me, and an apology was only sent later on WhatsApp after I asked for one.
Despite this, I rented another car. When I got home, I discovered that the seat was full of water, which soaked my clothes while I was preparing for an important work meeting. Even worse, the seat continued leaking water. This shows a complete lack of basic vehicle inspection.
To make matters worse, three days after returning the car, I was charged AED 72 for fuel without any justification or explanation.
Unprofessional staff, poor communication, badly maintained vehicles, and unjustified charges.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Worst car rental company
I wish I could give a negative star rating to show how unprofessional staff are, how bad customer service is, etc.
I forgot my purse last time in the car I rented, called a staff to please collect and keep for me, none of them cared to help, they sent me contract pictures saying they couldn’t find the purse, later on said a client took the car already they would check when client returns the car at 2pm. 2pm became 8pm and 8pm became never responding to my messages. What unprofessionalism.
Indigo Sahara centre branch is the worst branch to rent a car from.

Big Rip Off
They are sending free voucher for 7 days without paying deposit, after that they are charging 18 AED per day « as deposit fees » and they are delating the automatic discount, and the most DANGEROUS thing is you MUST sign document to give them the full autorisation to send your all details to a stranger company not in UAE to use all your details and you MUST pay by bank card even 10 AED (not big amount) so like that they have all your card details and also can share it to this MYSTERIOUS company outside UAE .

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I had a horrible experience with Indigo Rent Car. They have absolutely no respect for their customers or the confirmations made through the app. Despite booking a specific car in advance, they tried to force me to take a vehicle of their choice, completely disregarding my preferences. It’s clear they prioritize their convenience over customer satisfaction. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for agreements make them highly unreliable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your time and money. Completely unacceptable!

Drop off map is not working. I have been trying the app for several times still the map always shows “we don’t operate at your location” even if I select their showroom location🤣🤣🤣🤣

I rented a car for a month and paid for the whole month in advance. I returned the car after 27 days, and the employee confirmed everything was okay without mentioning any fines. the next day the company informed me that it had revised the price, saying I owed double price of the car because I returned the car three days early. They also categorically refused to provide a car for the remaining 3 days to avoid the penalty.
No one informed me about this when I returned the car, and I only found out about the extra charges the next day. The company did not give me the option to either keep the car for three more days or pay a penalty. The employees either intentionally or accidentally hid the fact that there would be extra charges for returning the car early, and the customer support team was unhelpful, just telling me to read the contract. This is how they treat their customers.
