Feature Request
Can you add a feature where a india curated version of news is shown similar to perplexity? Perhaps better with ability to ask questions on the news articles.
Barebones but functional app
Glad India is catching up in the AI race, but there are lightyears to cover. This app is pretty good, but I look forward to image and document upload and multimodality built right into the model and the app soon.
Excellent speech transcription in all languages
I have not seen another app that does this quality of speech transcription. Iām a native Kannada speaker from Bangalore and it transcribes everything i speak very accurately and returns back quality responses. Highly recommend this app.

Very interesting and good potential
Iāve seen many reels and shorts talking about how this AI has beaten others in AI tests and decided to try it out and honestly itās not bad. Itās thinking is more clear than other models, like for examples when I use ChatGPT it thinks about a certain thing and then jumps around a lot but I noticed this AI doesnāt do that too much. I am an Indian but I live in this US so itās India-centered focus is not too relevant for me but it can still answer all questions that other models can. Some feedback:
1. Give me a delete chat button: I have so many random chats and would love to delete chats I am done with.
2. Allow organization of chats: Allow me to move around chats so I can organize certain chats into certain categories.
3. Options to switch between modes: Sometimes I may want a quick answer and I donāt need the AI to research a bunch of websites for that so there should be things like a fast mode, thinking mode, maybe a research mode where it creates a notebook.
4. A council of AI: Iāve noticed sometimes the AI CAN get small things wrong so maybe a mode when the answer is sent to multiple models and all of them discuss the answers of each other as a council and send the best answer to the user similar to what some other ai models are doing like Grok and Deepseek.
5. A more diverse search profile: When I ask the AI a question it mainly only searches Indian website which is not certainly a bad thing but it unnecessarily narrows the scope of the answer where otherwise I couldāve have had an answer which could have been obtained from websites all over the world(I do understand that this is an India-centric model however Indians should also get the BEST answer possible not the most Indian answer possible).
I do have more feedback but they are all small and are not worth the time as I am sure this AI will get way better in the future. Overall not bad, I will continue using the AI on a daily basis and see what else I can learn about it!

- Splash screen is slow and not fluid; prefer instant access to chat (caching could help).
- No option to delete previous chats, which is a basic feature.
- Noticeable frame drops when opening menus or switching settings.
- No stop button to halt a running prompt.
- No clear option to opt out of chats being used for training; privacy policy link isnāt enough.
Fixing these would make the app experience much smoother!

Crisp, clear answers that donāt sound like typical AI tools. Iām looking forward to exploring this platform further. Iām looking forward to exploring their image generation feature.
Some Improvements
Please add the option to edit the prompt typed by us, because if there is a mistake or some correction of vocabulary that needs to be done than it becomes difficult to do so

I personally use this AI, and in my opinion, it is better than many other AI tools, especially for transcribing audio. It is very comfortable and accurate in detecting regional languages and different accents.

It also feels more human-like in responses, gives structured and clear outputs, and maintains consistency in long conversations. Overall, it provides a smoother and more reliable experience compared to other AI tools.

Very good llm from india
I think it is very good start for sarvam ai. I hope the model will get matured and will do continous improvements. Itvis very good in reasoning and analysis. Geopolitics , politics, technology all areas it is responding very nice. Few areas where it should improve is it still not trained on indian literature. Indic language script and translation and transcribing are ok. But some great literature of indian languages , still need to be trained on those. As this is the initial days , this is completely ok. Even chatgpt was like this in its earlier releases. So i hope in another 1-2 years it will become a huge model and internationally people starts using it. All the best. There are some issues also , sometimes it is returning xml tags in response, where the response should be a text.
