Confusing
The app is quite confusing for customers. The loan amount is shown, but there is no clear monthly EMI/payment breakdown or repayment table. As a user, it is difficult to understand how much I need to pay every month, for how many months, and what the total repayment amount will be.
On top of that, the support information is a major issue. The email/contact options don’t appear to be working, and there are no clearly available phone numbers to contact for assistance.
Please add a proper EMI/repayment schedule and provide working customer-support email and phone contact details. These are essential for a loan app where users need clear financial information and reliable support.

Uselss app for NRIs
you can login to you account in this app only by otp which is sent to your indian number. which is senselss if you dont live in India.
Now the app has stopped working for me displaying an error whcih says "network threat detected" which is a false positive as i have not changed my network. Please do better

Dumb management and app developers
I am travelling overseas and unable to use the app now. Since the upgrade I had to register once again. But as I do not have mobile roaming I am unable to use as the app needs to verify the sim, just not the number. As I am unable to send a text message I am unable to use the app. Can someone find an alternative solution. Very frustrating.

Not working properly
The latest INDIE app update seems more secure, but it has significantly affected usability. Despite having my registered SIM inserted and active, the SIM binding process fails to validate it. Earlier, the app repeatedly showed “Unsecure data network detected” even when I switched between different Wi-Fi networks and mobile data connections.
Now, the app has restricted my access for 24 hours due to a verification issue that appears to be caused by the app itself. Security is important, but genuine customers should not be locked out of their accounts because of technical problems in the verification process.
I hope the development team addresses these issues quickly and improves the reliability of SIM binding and network verification in future updates.

False “CAUTION! NETWORK THREAT DETECTED” Error on Airtel 5G (iOS 26.6)
I am unable to use the Indie app because it always displays “CAUTION! NETWORK THREAT DETECTED” whenever I open it. I am using a genuine Airtel 5G mobile network, and my internet connection works perfectly with all other apps.
My device is an iPhone running iOS 26.6, and the issue occurs consistently, preventing me from accessing the app. I have already tried reopening the app and switching networks, but the problem persists.
Please investigate this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible. Many genuine users may be affected if the app incorrectly detects secure mobile networks as a threat.

Doesnt work for me in united states
I have been seeing this since last 1 year thinking if they fix this for nre and nro customers but no update . App wont login or authenticate for Nri accounts to use in united states , only need to login through web to check account balances hope someone takes quick action on this

Keep on having to delete and reinstall the app as every time I go to log in, the app usually has some sort of server issues. App Server is Down - Try Again Later but if you uninstall and reinstall the app it lets you use it. Has been happening for last few weeks non stop.
Best and quickest solution for NRI
I had an excellent experience opening my NRI account with IndusInd Bank. The process was smooth, completely digital, and hassle-free. The customer service team was highly professional and guided me through every step of the paperwork. Truly top-notch service for NRIs!
Pathetic !
Absolutely pathetic app update and even worse customer support. For over 15 years, my family has had multiple accounts (parents, etc.) officially linked to my single mobile number. The old app handled this perfectly. The new Indie app update completely locked me out, forcing a "one number, one account" restriction.
Here is the ultimate failure: The bank gladly opens and links innumerable accounts to one number at the branch level, but the Indie app team blocks you from accessing them. If the Indie app’s logic is more important than core banking rules, the bank should just immediately terminate all our family accounts!
When you call the support staff, they are utterly pathetic and irresponsible. They have zero connection with the banking department and offer no solutions. They ruined a perfectly functional app. Avoid this bank if you manage family portfolios

Cannot even do a NRE FD
The app wouldn’t allow you to open a FD - be disappointed if you are an a NRI trying to use to this app to manage your Deposits

Errors all over with no clear explanation on how to resolve the error.
Example, trying to transfer a small amount of money, keeps erroring out saying invalid transfer reference id. What does it mean? Same transfer works if i were to change from imps to neft. Shouldn’t the application not direct you to that?
