Helpful and Easy to apply
The app is easy and helpful for anyone new to claim processes. But I have a complaint that I am not able to reach any customer care whenever I need it.
Not a user friendly app
This app is the worst amongst all the insurances app i ever used i am not able to see the coverage and also i am not able to reach any of their agent the ivr says to add the registered number whereas i am calling with the registered number and still it is asking me to add the details in the app but in app there is no option available to manage the details

Best Claim Process
Reliance gives the ease of access in their network hospitals I was diagnosed for Hepatitis A and admitted and One thing I would love about reliance is my claim amount just got in only 15 minutes. Great service by Reliance

It’s been 15 days I dropped my car, now they are just telling investigation is going I don’t know what are they up to, Iam a content creator and going to expose these guys with my audience and would never recommend any one to buy there policy, in my 10 years of car insurance journey this is the first time i brought there policy and seriously regretting it

Best Service for Vehicle Insurance
I personally prefer Reliance Vehicle Policy for both two wheelers and four wheelers as their system is very easy to be accessed and the customer service portal is always active.
Never purchase any reliance policy. You will regret.
They rejected all health claims till now . Claim process is very hard . Customer service is the worst . I contacted them many times but nobody is answering for days. You will never get a single claim. Daytime robbery is reliance insurance. Finally i ported yesterday to another company. They will reject your claim everytime with new reasons. Remember my words … “If you buy it you will regret 100 % “.

The app is very buggy
I attached my policy on app after sometime it doesn’t show my policy on the app I tried to refresh but not comes up also when I again try to attach the policy it shows something went wrong
Frustrating experience
I’m not sure what the developers intended with this app—nothing seems to function as expected. You receive a text message asking you to check the status in the app, but ironically, the app doesn’t show anything useful. It’s almost as if they never wanted users to actually track anything through it. Frustrating—and oddly amusing.

Not at all User friendly
It is not possible to track or communicate with the customer execute.
The main reason for non-user friendly:
1. No option to call customer care and find a solution.
2. Current status tracking system is missing from the App.
3. Claim request by hospital is non-trackable in the App.
4. It takes too much in chat message. One should take an hour of time in reserve and then chat with the executive.

Fake insurance Policies
If you are planning to take policy from reliance don't take it they will charge the amount when they are selling it but at the time of claim they will tell you we are not persons we only do things on facts. My wife fall from scooty 15 days back and I purchased the policy 4 months back but they are saying we can't give you claim on the accident , even I deposited prescription via doctor.
After my complain there executive called me and they said sir claim it again we will approve it but again they rejected it.
To be honest it's a waste of money never buy any policy from Reliance fake and fraud...

One of the irresponsible company
I was admitted in hospital 29th March and now it’s 12th June still I am waiting for my reimbursement amount. They told me wait for 15 days and after complete 14th days they generate quarry and as per cheater company even I reply them they told me for wait for 15 days again. Never suggested anyone this cheater reliance policy

I received a text message with a link to download this app when I booked my Travel Insurance. But neither I was able to download the insurance policy copy from this application nor from the website. Overall experience waste of time and money.
Later on I had to take travel insurance from other insurance company. Will never recommend to anyone.

Worst service
The system is buggy and the process is annoying. The payment got deducted but I did not receive the policy and I have to go behind the service team. Hence for the next traveler I opted ACKO and the process was smooth and immediate. Kindly ensure the system is working properly
RHealth services are much appreciated
The app is good with online features like policy & claim details and uploading docs directly online through the app. Deducted a star coz the app doesn’t show latest data and takes time to publish. Rest loved the insurance support provided by the company.
