Thanks for sharing your feedback—we hear you, and we’re sorry the transcription didn’t work well for you. To be clear: inFin is built for privacy, simplicity, and zero limits. We use a local on-device model (no cloud, no data uploads) so you can record, transcribe, and edit notes instantly. That “offline, unlimited” experience? It’s by design. But we know even the best local models can’t match massive online tools, and we’re working daily to close that gap. We’re not perfect, but we’re not “lazy” either—every update tightens accuracy, adds features, and keeps your data yours. If you need near-flawless transcription, paid online tools exist (we won’t judge!). But for a quick, private, no-strings-attached note-taker that works anytime, anywhere? We hope that's inFin is. Thanks again for holding us accountable. We’ll keep pushing forward—because tools like this deserve to be better, and users like you make that possible.❤️
