Outdated Info & Glitchy
I have to use this for work. I changed my name, when I divorced, almost 4 years ago. The company still has not updated my info even though my CDL was changed when I made my name change. TDOT says itâs not on them. The school system says itâs not on them. Infiniti says call TDOT. Also, when watching the videos, theyâll stop responding or the test wonât show after the video. You have to rewatch the whole thing again and hope youâre allowed to take the test. So time consuming when it glitches multiple times youâve already watched the video multiple times!

Frustrating
The app sometimes saves where you left off, but not reliably. Having to restart videos from the beginning is frustrating and makes it hard to use consistently.

Horrible app never works right
A Horrible Joke
This app (and the company) is a joke. Their weekly videos and quizzes consistently have questions that either donât relate to the video or theyâre wrong. Thatâs a big problem when bonuses and deadlines are against the employee(s). They havenât fixed anything after 5 years of my usage of it, and I donât believe they have any intentions to. Theyâre a JOKE.

I can only assume companies use infinit-i because they're the cheapest, because it's trash all around. Their app on both Android and iOS is terrible. The elements on the page aren't laid out properly and they can't even work out how to properly display a full screen video. Their website is even worse. If it were possible to go below one star, I would.

Horrible Platform
This platform is absolutely horrible, bugs out quite often. Must be super cheap, or else I donât understand why companies use it.
New iPad M4 crashing app
In the past, I have had good luck with the app on both iPhone and iPad. However since upgrading to the newest iPad with the M4 chip the app crashes when picking class room.
Doesnât recognize company log in
You required an update which the 1st one I had no issue with. This app update doesnât recognize company login and my user name and password hadnât changed. I have to use your app for work and right now it is absolutely garbage
Terrible
Required to use this app for work. It never works correctly. We have to watch videos and then take a quiz afterwards. We get to the quiz and it stops letting us proceed part way through. We the must watch the entire 15-30 minute video again (there is no fast forward function) to then take the long quiz again only for it to remove all forward or backward or complete buttons on a random quiz question meaning you must start over yet again. These programmers should not be programmers.

You need to fix this app. I have been losing my safety bonus for 2 months because your app isnât working. It needs to do more than âloadingâ it used to be a very good app but now itâs costing me money
App wonât open
When I open the app it just says âloadingâ. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app only to have the same issue. Please fix the issue.

Weird
It tells you to update, but when you come to the Apple Store to update, there is no update. Whatâs the problem? I canât even login to do my assignments. How am I supposed to update when you donât supply and update button

Not that anything was wrong with the previous version but this one seems to work better/faster and has more features built in. The update is great.
