Roll back the last update
This new update is unusable. I should not need to create a sub location when it was never needed before. My barcode scanner also does not work. The system worked just fine before this change. I now have to use the desktop website to do my inventory
Difficultly Uploading Images to Products
There always seems to be one issue after another when taking a picture directly from the app to upload a picture for the product. I am currently getting the error “Malformed Request JSON Body” with no way to fix or remedy it. Please make this portion of the seamless, not sure why it works then it errors out randomly and won’t return to a working state.

This app is so great I introduced the team to it. However, I noticed that it does not work as well for Apple devices as it does for Androids. Maybe in the near future it can be updated for Apple users too. Otherwise it’s great

We are local small business located in NL. Canada. And have been using inflow for over 6 years now. This products is so cost effective for inventory management and so efficient.
Before they only have the PC version and with their great team on improving, the mobile app has been really adopted into our daily use. All of our team members love it.
Comparing to other products on the market, we have to say this products is one of the best. It’s has most the function you looking for for inventory management and they have great team which actually talking to customers and listen to their needs also keep improving their products!

I love this software. The business that I work for just recently started using this and it has worked very well. I would love to see an update sometime where work orders is accessible to iOS users. Also for MacOS users too. I would love to sometime see this be accessible for these users as well since I am one.

Leaving this review partially for the website functionality of InFlow. They’ve completely disabled the ability to operate InFlow’s website through your mobile phone so that you are more or less forced to download the app.
An irksome way of accomplishing your goal but I get the reasoning. Sometimes using the PC app is good, sometimes using the mobile app is nice, but sometimes using the website from mobile is necessary and now full functionality is removed for that option. I can only imagine, since there is a large ad taking up 1/5th of the screen asking me to download the app, is that you removed this basic functionality to get us to migrate fully to app on phone. But again that isn’t the best use case for everything.

Works great
App is very responsive and fast. Works easily when I want to use it.
Disappointed
I have used Inflow off and on throughout the years and never have I had the problem of going to update inventory one day and everything is gone. I waited a few days but still nothing. I am highly upset at the amount of work and time lost.

Very limited
App does not give option to scan barcode for serial number. Cannot search by custom fields. It’s just not good enough yet.

Perpetually Improving
I’ve been using inflow for the last 5 years and the team has continually improved the product and has always been great with engaging with the user base- which is exactly what you should want from a product that your business depends on to function.
Improvements needed
I use this app quite a bit to check stock levels when I’m on the move. The stock quantities used to show on the Products List page however from this latest release they seem to have disappeared. I have to go into each product page to see the quantities.
Also, it would be great to be able to rearrange the fields positions inside the products page where I can decide what info I need to show at the top (I.e. product type is right underneath the SKU however the product description is way down). Also, i take screenshots of the product page and send to my customers to show them the product information and sale price. However the cost price is there too and I don’t want to share that. Either hide/unhide option or the option to move the fields around so I can select what info I need to see first.
