Awful service
Had an awful experience while booking a ride where the rider didn’t show up at the place and didn’t even try contacting me. After all of that, i hear from support that he’s been to the stop i was asking about and that he tried calling me multiple times, but when i asked for a proof that the driver has called me - i didn’t receive any. I strongly recommend not using this service ever.

Terrible service
Infobus canceled my bus without any notification! No email, no call, nothing! I found out only at the station and had to spend extra time and money to find another way to travel. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. I will never use Infobus again!

Shady company, scam artists
Horrible shady business, lies about hidden clauses on their tickets so they can extract money from customers. Paid for a ticket snd driver still denied me boarding, then their support agents lie about things being rules when they don’t exist, sad

Чесно кажучи, давно не зустрічала таких зручних додатків і сервісів. Легко знайти будь-яку інформацію. Дуже зручно, що в додатку відображаються придбані квитки. Ну а приємним і неочікуваним сюрпризом виявилося нарахування бонусів, які можна в подальшому використовувати при придбанні квитків. Дуже дякую за сервіс. Буду всім вас радити і «підсажу» на вас всіх рідних і друзів)
