App does not work

The Ukrzaliznytsia app is practically unusable when trying to purchase international train tickets. It constantly displays “temporary system failure” or “unstable internet connection” errors, even when the internet connection is perfectly stable. As a result, buying tickets to destinations abroad is almost impossible. This has been a recurring issue and is extremely frustrating, especially since international tickets sell out very quickly. Please fix these technical problems and make the app reliable for international ticket purchases.

Very happy

To book reservations is very easy and especially if there aren’t reservations available at the moment, the notification alert option is great and informs you when there is a reservation available
