BUILT ON NUTRI-SCORE 2023 The base score uses Nutri-Score 2023, the front-of-pack nutrition algorithm published by Santé publique France and used across much of Europe. Not a proprietary wellness algorithm. PROTEIN, WHERE IT MATTERS Published guidance identifies muscle loss as the main nutritional risk during rapid weight loss. Where a food is genuinely protein-dense, Ingryd weights its protein according to the treatment phase you select — starting or increasing your dose, stable dose while losing weight, or maintenance.
