Helpful

I was unsure of my levels and when my ovulation day really was. We were trying for 9 months- and after two months of using this, I got pregnant! I recommend.

Better than LH strips alone

It helps to know when your peak is approaching, Inito gives you plenty of time to prepare before your LH rise and helps confirm ovulation so you know it wasn’t a “false start.”

Needs more

Very helpful app, but it’s a very “stand alone” based product. The testing strips are very pricy which is difficult to justify. And there is no integration with other apps. In an update, I would like it to be able to pull BBT from Apple health or Oura so it can seamlessly sync like Natural Cycles.

No Apple Health integration

I’ve only recently started using the Inito hardware and strips. They are very pricey and the cost can add up when you have a unicycle. It’s good to see the actual numbers instead of speculation based on OPKs alone.

However, the biggest disappointment I have is the lack of Apple Health integration. Many women who are TTC and struggling use multiple apps and hardware to help them out. I never planned on using the Inito app as my main tracking app for fertility, and have another detailed charting app I prefer that is ONLY an app with zero hardware association.

That app (and many others) can both read and write to Apple Health. For example, I can sync my wearable BBT device and it ports over to my chart automatically. With Inito, after testing, I need to manually enter in each value into the chart. And it isn’t showing on Apple Health for my healthcare providers to score.

TTC is difficult enough, the least they can do with a device costing $$$ and strips that monthly cost close to the same amount is add a sync to Apple Health so everything is in one place.

Cool & Convenient

Great system , super convenient and new age I love it.

Easy to use!

I have found incorporating ovulation tests to be super easy and the feedback on the app is easy to understand. Knowing that I’m ovulating each cycle is such a reassurance of my health and fertility!

Inaccurate analysis

A fertility nurse reviewed the hormone numbers and said i was ovulating. The app said low fertility. Clearly all the app does is rely on the cycle day tracking. Can’t trust the app analysis and predictions at all. Good for taking a hormone test supposedly.

Pcos

I have pcos and endometriosis so my cycles are ALWAYS a mystery. I’ve used inito for 3 months so far and boy what a difference it has made! I actually know when and what things are going on with my body. No crazy surprises. I am certainly hoping one day I’ll be able to achieve pregnancy but for now, just knowing what is actually happening has been a huge stress reliever. Well done inito!

New update sucks

Whoever thought it was a good idea to force longtime users to watch some stupid videos deserves to be fired. I don’t care if you require it for new users, but to make existing users sit through your stupid instructional videos is absolutely ridiculous. Product works good. New update sucks. One star review that won’t be changed unless the app is changed.

Great product, App needs work (which would improve affordability)

I really want to love Inito because the actual testing process and monitor work very well. I genuinely believe this kind of technology is an amazing step forward for helping women conceive, especially those of us with PCOS or irregular cycles.

The system was genuinely very helpful in the conception of my first child. However, with my second, I ended up ovulating around cycle day 36 after I had already stopped testing for that cycle because the cost of strips was adding up quickly and it no longer seemed worth continuing for what appeared to be an anovulatory cycle. Testing that cycle was still somewhat helpful but only in confirming ovulation after it happened. That experience really highlighted how difficult the current system can be for people with long or irregular cycles.

The biggest issue is the app itself. It leaves a lot to be desired in terms of personalization and data analysis.

For example, the app doesn’t allow meaningful month-to-month comparisons or pregnancy-to-pregnancy comparisons. You also can’t easily compare symptoms from previous cycles alongside hormone trends, which seems like a huge missed opportunity for people trying to identify patterns over time.

Another frustration is that the app doesn’t adapt well to irregular cycles. Even if you consistently ovulate around cycle day 20, it still recommends starting testing around day 6. For someone with PCOS, that can mean burning through 30 strips in a single cycle — roughly $90 worth of strips in one month. The strips are great, but they are expensive, so smarter personalization would make a huge difference in maximizing their usage and effectiveness.

What I ended up doing was using the app mainly to collect the hormone numbers, then exporting everything into my own spreadsheet and also using ChatGPT to help interpret patterns and decide when testing actually made sense (sometimes every other day instead of daily).

I think Inito has the foundation of an excellent product. The monitor and strips themselves are genuinely strong. But the app needs much more dynamic insight generation, better historical comparisons, and more individualized recommendations based on a user’s actual cycle history rather than generic averages.

Pregnant

Inito is very accurate i suggest using it at least three cycles so that it knows your cycles and you can ensure reliably are accurate. I used Inito for three cycles now im pregnant.

Very clear

I have been struggling with fertility for several years now and just started to understand the ovulation prediction kits. Inito actually made it much clearer on what my hormones were doing and took a lot of stress off, which was very helpful during this process especially because I am considered a “geriatric” when it comes to trying

We’re pregnant

Helped us get pregnant right away, no more guessing if I actually ovulated. Clear accurate results, easy to use!

Get it!

I was trying to get pregnant for 15 months. Used Inito for 1.5 months and that’s all it took! So happy! Thanks Inito.

Nice but expensive

Test strips are too expensive

So helpful for PCOS!

After TTC for 15 months with no luck and LOTS of heartache, I got pregnant with the first cycle using Inito. It was so insightful, detected my fertile window and confirmed ovulation. Wish I would have bought it sooner!

Not good for couples trying to conceive

There’s no way to invite a partner - you have to share login - and there’s no predictive information so partners don’t know in advance when they’re needed. It’s like they haven’t even thought of people trying to make a baby.

I love this system.

I have PCOS and never knew my cycle details like this. This has simplified all the things by 1 test covering all hormone levels and I don’t even have to worry about interpreting results. I feel hope trying to conceive now and I feel empowered about my body.

Extremely Disappointed

Expected this to be a seamless best of the best experience. Got my kit, steps were complicated, took time to understand. Parts were missing in kit. Took 10+ minutes attached to phone to get reading which turned out to be error. Wasted strips and the strips are 4$ each. How is that realistic when you are supposed to test daily. What a waste of money. Will not buy strips and waste more $$. Almost never write reviews except when the product is this bad. Startup with good marketing and a bad product. Do better. Save your money and dont order.— the resolution from support was a free test with the next order. Not at all satisfactory. I will not be spending another 50+ in money down the drain thank you very much.
