Useless app
Hard to navigate anywhere and add people or delete platforms or delete account. There’s no website link to login anywhere.
App doesn’t work.
This app doesn’t work. The back arrow never works—I have to exit the app entirely. And it doesn’t sync with my apple fitness despite being connected.
So glitchy
Using on an iPhone 13 this app is horribly glitchy. Doesnt post comment replies, posts them as seperate comment. buffers for ages before posting comment. Have to update things twice before it actually saves. Sort it out guys this is basic stuff

I’ve used this app for a group challenge and it consistently has issues. Right now I’ve lost all my step data from my wearable and can’t see any participants names. For $6 pp user per month this is unacceptable.

Whoever writes the notifications, please stop
App achieves what you want it for but it’s quite expensive and the notifications are dreadful. They’re too frequent and they’re meaningless. Why send me a notification saying “egg-cellent”? What does that achieve?
Not working properly
This app is not working well with apple health as device. You need to open to sync data. Not always work, i have to keep closing and opening the app to get the right numbers. Now is not even able to sync fully. It synced yesterday halfway and now it stopped working. I understand developing is hard, but I would expect seamless integration, and not this. Only using because we have a competition at work, but it doesn’t work well at all.

It’s almost 2021 — why is an app so glitchy?
My company decided to use InKin for a steps challenge during quarantine, and this has been the most difficult app to use. It constantly freezes, half of the stats screens load blank, and it’s just generally slow. After the most recent update, NOTHING loads. Every screen says, “NO DATA. No worries, we are collecting it for you!” This is frustrating to say the least. I’ve tried to use the troubleshooting articles on the website to diagnose and fix the problem, but nothing has worked. Now there are red notifications popping up at the bottoms of several screens saying things like, “No suitable servers found (`serverSelectionTryOnce`set): [connection refused calling ismaster on _____.” I tried resetting my whole phone as a result, and after that didn’t work I logged onto the desktop app and found the exact same issue to be present there. There seems to be some sort of server issue, whether is from the latest update of the platform or from a problem that just started today, and I really hope it gets fixed soon.

Great Idea but very glitchy
The idea is amazing but the app is unreliable and reads wrong data. Also very glitchy and not very intuitive. So many steps. Create an account, join a group the. Join a competition. Not user friendly
Can’t Link To Huami
I am unable to link to challenge with device to compete in challenge. It worked last year.
Malfunction
When I go to open my progress to see how many steps/miles I have gone during the day it won’t open that screen. It goes to a white screen. Not sure if it’s a malfunction with the connection between my Apple Watch, IPhone or the app it’s self. I’ve already tried to uninstalling the app and that hasn’t helped.

Crashes
The app crashes on me every time I click on “settings”....I just downloaded a couple days ago. Can you please fix this?

Buggy, especially weight
Weight seems broken, I have to set it KG to see my LB weight. Also if I set my goal to lower its calculating it like I’ve far exceeded my goal, even though I’m trying to loose not gain...
Also would be nice if we could have weight loss challenges with family members.

Hi Rex, Thank you for your review and suggestion. We are continually working on improving our app. There was a bug with the display of the weight, but it is fixed now. You can create a weight loss challenge with your family members by selecting the calorie metric - the more calories you burn, the more weight you lose :)
