史上最垃圾的银行 App
从来没见过这么难用的银行 App，太拉垮了，卡的要死，经常转圈，设计也很 low

I tried to open an account through the app, but it was unable to recognize my address.
The user design is not well thought out and very frustrating to use. The floor address input line is limited to 2 characters, so if you live on the 12/F (their example) you can only input “12” or “/F” but not 12/F as that is 4 characters.

This app is too slow
Wasting my time. Always use lots of time to load the login page. Don’t know what makes it so difficult to use. I reopen a few times and it is the same.

Got stuck in the loading screen but received a login notification. Not reliable.
User unfriendly app
if You forget your password，it is very difficult to reset through the app. after resetting the password, the bio login keep asking me to using password to use start the bio login. The inquiry crew of the app only responds to IT question, when I state that the above is IT question, the crew Kotek Wang response to me that sales question is only IT question. Login page problem is not IT question. Ridiculous.

If you have lots of time deposit made and you want to check mature date of all time deposits, you need to click each time deposit and then wait for loading …, and then keep loading if you are unlucky. Poor app.
