Pretty Simple, could use some minor tweaks
The only thing I don’t like is I can’t message my landlord within the app. I also wish there was a way to add money to it as I get paid and apply that to my rent.
Great renter-friendly app
This is one of the few apps that allow you to report your credit bureaus and it’s amazing! I love that the payment plan is embedded in the app as well. Very useful!

This is app is free to download, easy to use, and very convenient.
Very Intuitive
I just started using Innago as a tenant at my new place and I must say I prefer it over any other platform my previous landlords have used. It’s very user friendly and I like the fact that I can see all my documents, checklists, payments and messages all in one spot. It truly is a nice hub for both landlords and tenants.

Great app!
On the tenant side, it’s very easy to get everything done. I did have an issue paying rent one time because usually transfer the money into my account online right before I pay my rent. I had a problem with Plaid not updating information on how much my bank account had quick enough so it wouldn’t let me charge the account. I just connected a different account and was fine but if you only have one account be aware of that

Amazing app
This app makes paying my rent not only early or on time but so easy. I do the basic electronic flat fee of $2 and I’ve been using it for over 3 years now and have never had any issues at all. I would recommend this app to everyone without a doubt!!! Keep up the amazing job you do!

Easy way to pay my rent!
Been using Innago for over a year now and have never had any issue getting my rent paid on time. It’s easy once your account is linked and at a couple clicks of a button your rent is paid.

This is the best app I’ve ever used to pay any bills! I specifically love that it has the split rent option for when payday comes a little later than needed!
