Good Rent App
The app itself is user friendly & makes rent payments easier with auto pay. Also makes any maintenance request simpler. However I wish I could download a pdf of the lease document from the app. Also as a renter I see how this app is useful however if I had an option I would not want to pay more in rent to use this.

Simple & Easy resources
Innago easily was one of the more accessible, informative, and functional renters portal i’ve had. My landlord recently switched us out of it or i would’ve preferred staying with it! Recommended to businesses and people!

I’ve been using this app for the past few months, and signed up for reported payments to credit bureaus. I think it’s pretty cool that I can work on my credit and pay my rent through this app! Both my landlord and I appreciate the ability to use it for this purpose. :)

Very helpful app
The app works very well and it helpfully reminds me when my payments are coming up. It reports to boost my credit if you pay for it too and it helps because my landlord doesn’t live close by.
Easy to use
I enjoy using the app to make my rent payment even when I split it into 2 payments. Easy to get a work order submitted at well and I can see my payment history

Pros and Cons
This app has its pros and cons. The pros is that I can make payments directly through the app. The cons is that it doesn’t take all accounts like my daily pay account through my employer. I have to transfer to my chime or Bank of America to pay. Also if you pay through the account it’s cheaper but you never know exactly when it is coming out the account and sometimes it takes forever. If you pay by card it costs more but comes out right away. Also the split payments option wasn’t offered with my account.

I have been living in my place for two months now and i love this app ! So easy for me to pay my rent , also when i have a maintenance problem super easy for me to communicate with my landlord i love it. 5 stars all around the board !!!

The Innago app makes managing my rental very easy. Super easy to place work tickets and easy to make my rent payment.
Self management
I have loved using Innago to manage my rental properties. It makes the process so much easier when receiving payments from tenants and keeping up with all the leasing information. The app can hold security deposits and has an easy return feature that is quick!
