Disappointed

I rarely write app reviews but I was so excited to use this! It does not work even a little bit and starts up with a loading i con that repopulates every half second. I updated the app and it still does not work. Zero effort in quality control if you’re pushing out apps that do not open. It’s a shame cause the program seemed great from the outside looking in. But maybe this is indicative of a rushed product in both content and delivery.

Response from developer

Hi Paula, Thank you for taking the time to try the Inner Workout app. It was a labor of love that took over a year to bring to life. I'm so sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience. It sounds like you experienced some type of technical glitch, and I know how frustrating that be, especially when you're trying something you hope will be supportive for your well-being. Feel free to reach out directly at innerworkout.co/contact if you have any additional feedback you'd like to share. With care, Taylor

Great for the busy self-healer

I love how this app gives you just the right amount of information as to not overwhelm, easy steps and ideas for improving your situation, and the opportunity to briefly reflect using a quick question or prompt. Need to reset during your day? Pick from a ton of different meditations based on what you need in the moment. All of this comes in an easy to navigate interface. Love this app for self-reflection and burnout relief. Such a great way to start my day.

Daily dose of self-care

The Inner Workout app is Opal meets Oprah. I love that I can block distracting apps during my work day and check in with myself for a dose of self-care when I need it.
