I’ve been using NovaLight for a while now, and I have to say—it’s incredibly easy to use! The app’s interface is clean, intuitive, and makes controlling my lights a breeze. Worst customer service ever
Soooo 3 months deep into our lighting issue now….. Made multiple contacts with bill. Took a few weeks to get a hold of originally. Then said it would get taken care of in 7-10 days. That date passed and kept passing. I have rarely heard from bill and he will not come fix it. Their company says one year full warranty, however when he FINALLY touched base. He is trying to charge me to get the issue fixed. HEY BILL.. when are you going to reply to my emails, calls, Instagram posts. Etc Take some ownership and fix the issue. I also have screenshots /emails of all our conversations. Time to step up bill. 4 months of ownership into these lights and this is how you take care of your clients ..??? Anyone can feel free to reach out to me. Started as a good review when the whole process started. Since our issue. Nothing but a disaster. I’ve reached out multiple multiple multiple times. He will Reply back once a month ish. If lucky. Now he’s trying to charge me to fix the issue even though it’s one year full warranty. Our issue came 4 months into owning the product
