It’s great but need to change a few things
I love using the app but it makes it so inconvenient when you open the app and the bold number at the top is what you used to have and the smaller number under the big bold number is what you currently have. Of your not careful you will think you still have a certain amount when you have a smaller amount truly to use. I opted for overdraft but if you were to use it to buy your $10 tissue you will be charged $30 so be cautious on this app
If you do overdraft, just go to the bank, ask to overdraft your full $500 that you are allowed to pull in advanced and you will be changed $30 only once instead of throughout every charge you make

App is broken
I now have to power off my phone every time I use the app because even after closing the app it continues to track my location and drain my battery. Please fix this issue
Changing just to change is not INNOVATION
Why would you fix what’s not broken?
Why do card transactions now start with: “Withdrawal Check Card” instead of the name of the business? That phrase is so unnecessarily long that it takes up what little space is given to each transaction on the screen (because they’re all smaller now too). So instead of scrolling down and reading through my processed transactions, I have to touch each one to see what it was. How is this an improvement to add an extra step to see each description of every transaction when they used to all be listed right there? It’s ridiculous.
What’s even more ridiculous is the new “Upcoming Transactions” page where each transaction simply shows the name of the business without the silly “Withdrawal Check Card” preface. Just do that on the Transactions page!
The app before was basically perfect and checked all the boxes. Changing it just for the sake of change is not INNOVATION.

Unable to use Mobile Deposit
All of a sudden the Mobile Deposit will notrecognize the endorsement on the back of the check which prohibits me from completing the transaction. This has been going along for several months. My wife has also tried on her phone and she gets the same results. I’m using an Apple 13 Pro and she is using an Apple 15 Pro. Is there a fix for this????

Can’t seem to get bills loaded

I was always reluctant to have an online account, because I was afraid of it being unsafe.
Meanwhile, my bank account was hacked and/or compromised by unscrupulous online companies (3x) before I *had* an online account!
Now I can check my account more easily and check what is happening with my money without calling in to Innovations right away.

Why do I always get this error? The app isn’t even working correctly. This needs to be fixed.
Loving the app so far
I like to think innovation for forcing me to get the app. It saves time an very easy access to look into my account and see what’s going on at the touch of my hands. Its pretty much a Teller without being one. Wouldn’t want to replace a face and smile though.
