Need to add some features
Why can't you guys add a pre approval button for some of the delivery companies like mygate does, i know there are way more features you have that mygate doesn't but this feature needs to be rolled out in order for a smooth delivery as currently without this feature the app feels like worthless to use

Whenever any guest or delivery boy comes and I try approving, it gets auto rejected 90% times.

No support at all and auto meter on status at any random time. Extra charges deducted each day. Not recommended at all.

No justification, anything comes in app, on days of power cut aswell the meters runs more faster in addition they charge for everything or for anything. Water bill amount also they , they charge for common area electricity, at times it’s more than our personal use. May god bless the system. Everyone wants to mint money by any means. So sad.

Approval Rejects on opening the app
Every time i open app to approve ... i get the call for approval and it rejects

I had to use this app for more than a year now as our society is using their services. The app is full of bugs and whenever we click on any approval notification it rejects it automatically.

Fraud in invoice and charges
Charges which are showing today will automatically increase tomorrow and there is no justification for that. Either it’s doing fraud or supporting the same. Not yet start using for notifications that needs to be check. Builder should have some basic check to implement such app for society. ROF Amaltas

Whorst app
This app is the whorst app I don’t know why a society is using it. Notifications are not good. You cant approve visitors entry in one go. If you turn off electricity using the app it won’t turn back on. Also, adding money even from UPI is chargeable.
