Need Widgets
How are there no widgets for this app on iPhone? I’ve had the app for years and on android it was super easy to add a note to my home page for a grocery list or to-do list. I should be able to do the same exact thing using this app by just adding a widget without having to do work around or using other apps

Worked for a time
After I got a new phone and resinstalled this app my back up files from iCloud were not importing back so I lost everything. Epic fail
Simple. Straightforward. Easy to use
Love this app. It’s easy to create notes and checklists and love that you can set up reminders.
Broken update for older iOS versions
I have been a loyal user of this app for about 8 years, but the latest update completely broke it on my iPhone running iOS 18. Now I only see a white screen. It’s extremely disappointing that an update meant to fix things for the newest systems has made the app unusable for long-time users. I have 8 years' worth of data trapped inside that I can no longer access. Please fix the backward compatibility!

The app is still not syncing to iCloud, although if you read the app description it clearly says, “it syncs with iCloud so you never lose a note.” That is false advertising!
And, I still can’t change the font colors. So the only way to see the menu options within the notes is to make every note black. 🤬 Fix it!!
Update 2/28/26: I’ve decided to uninstall this app. Not gonna use it anymore until it will sync with iCloud again and app support is easy to contact. Not everyone has Facebook. 🤬

Me está dando problemas el app Inote que derrepente ya no me aparecieron todas las notas que tenía guardadas y cuando voy a ajustes del app me dice que: La sincronización de ICloud se ha discontinuado con el IPhone que puedo hacer que necesito todas las notas que había guardado por los datos de las notas bueno eso es todo y gracias de antemano

Duplicate Notes Issue
I noticed I have duplicate notes from every time I’ve imported my notes. I attempted to clean them up by deleting duplicates, but after I close the app and open it, the duplicates I deleted are still there. Can you please fix that?
There are other issues I’ve noticed since the latest update, like after I open a note, the only way to go back to list view is to close and open the app. The other issue is the two icons on the upper left and right corners are just blank squares. I can send a screenshot if you provide an email.

Lost my all notes and not able to recover even with backups.
I like this app but recently somehow i lost my all notes and not able to recover even with backups.
Still messed up

Review inote
I love using this app. It’s so very easy organized and I can easily find my notes.
Notes were erased with 1/17/26 update, and today’s update brought them back
1/27/26
Update 1: With today’s update, I was able to retrieve my notes through the backup. I am relieved, but still wary of using this app. I’m afraid something like this may happen again. I just need to remember to create a new backup in the app settings whenever I make changes to any of my notes.
Update 2: I just tried to create a manual backup in the app settings, but it only backed up 17 out of 57 notes. Why won’t it back up all of my notes in one go?
Update 3: Every time I close the app and reopen it, my notes are erased again, so i have to retrieve them from the backup EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. Very tedious and annoying. Maybe I’ll just have to switch to a new notes app after all.

Love but issue
I love this app but all of a sudden all my notes were gone! I tried to import from saved but it won’t! And says iCloud since is unavailable. I don’t know why all of a sudden all my notes disappeared.
Good
Please improve the deleted section to show all deleted items and add a search option for each note. It would make the app much more efficient.

I love this app, i have the paid version.
When apple upgraded to ios 26 liquid glass it made the contrast invisible in this app.
While in the note it self is making really hard to impossible to distinguish the upper right and left icons.
I remember what they are but it is hard to see especially in broad day light. I changed to higher contrast and makes it worst. Please please developers. Fix this.

Devastated
I have used this app for years through many phone upgrades as a password keeper then just personal notes. After the latest IOS update I lost ALL of them and I am talking family stories and info I can never recover. Under bad advice I deleted then added app again and after that a fix was in place, unfortunately everything is gone and it restores to nothing. I can see it in my cloud and I don’t know how to get that back. This is made my life actually much more difficult and I will never trust an app for this kind of information again. I sent a message to the developer, but have not heard anything back.

Worked until it didn’t
I lost eight years of notes when the app stopped working with the last iphone update. I had everything backed up, but none of the backups are retrievable. The customer support link stopped working and they are no longer responding to inquiries. Pretty shocking this could even happen. Pretty devastating too.

Was good until it wasn’t
It was decent until I opened it on day and all my info was gone. Back up only backed up before 25 so all my 2015 notes were gone. Don’t use this for anything important! Thankfully I use another app for important info
The idea is good but the support is not
I have used this app for years to keep lists of very important information and recently it crashed. I had backups. And suddenly the app wouldn’t even open. No access to anything! What are we always told to do when an app stops working? Delete, recycle, reinstall. That’s exactly what I did. Still didn’t work. So I went looking for support. Non existent. They put a post on their Facebook page saying don’t delete the app we are coming out with a new update in a couple of days. Ok but what about the hundreds of us that already deleted the app because that’s what we are always Tod to do and there wasn’t any other information published? All comments are shut off, there’s no phone number so I sent a message via. Messenger only to have that ignored as well. Thanks for the not so great support United and thanks for the loss of all my information. Unless you can help me recover my information I will not be using your apps ever again or recommending any of them ever again. You dropped the ball.
