The most outdated app ever
Like the credit unions themselves, this app is incredibly outdated and has terrible user experience. To just log in, you need to type in an actual password, wait for it to text you a verification code, copy the verification code from your text messages, go back to the app, and then log in. This alone makes the use of the app feel like it’s from 1995 and they’re still figuring out how to go digital and use the internet.
