I am a new customer, with INOVA and the ease of setting up my account was nothing short of amazing. The customer service I received was great also.
Easy to use interface
I have multiple banking apps and INOVA is leagues better as far as navigating the app goes. It doesn’t look boring nor over complicated. Highly recommend using this app!

Takes 3 times to log in because the cloudfare widget fails every time. Worse bank app I’ve ever used.

Ever since the last update I’m not able to use the calendar to schedule my payment really wish they would fix this

The app overhaul has been great, but I had to do a mobile deposit today and it takes longer than it used to.
Fantastic upgrade INOVA!
Loving the new app! Easy to use, great new features - I especially like the credit score and credit report option, and the financial wellness section. I’ve already used the bill pay option and that was a piece of cake! Glad to finally have all the same access whether I’m on my phone or my laptop. We’ll dome!

Not working on my iPhone
It’s not working for my phone. I’ve tried numerous of times to log in but it don’t want to work at all.
Terrible!!
Just because I have an iPhone 6 I’m no longer able to use my mobile banking. There’s no reason why you cannot pull out an older version which worked fine to continue working in addition to the new version. Many other applications allow this. Very disappointing Inova!!

Literally the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Can never send money externally to my other accounts.
No way to use if forgot security questions
It’s been a while since setting up my app security questions. So I don’t remember formats etc and am unable to use for YEARS!!!
