I bought this monitoring camera. App is not working. There website has no info for tech support. There no is tech support phone number on their site. Rip off product manufacturer. They have M100 old model camera. And now M 120. App is not recognizing camera by scanning to add a camera. No tech support is available for it

I spent a lot of money on these cameras some years back.Had them when travelling to keep a eye on the cats while away.
Haven’t used them for a while because of covid travel restrictions.
Don’t work at all now, cameras won’t connect so they are going in the bin. I won’t be buying a Philips product ever again because of this!

Terrible app never connects & support discloses wlan info
Tried to connect a dozend times in vain.
Asked for support, support asked me to share QR-code. In their answer they disclosed my w-lan password and asked for the w-lan name🙈

Connection lost
Most probably due to new iOS version, app can’t connect to the camera anymore (Local Network Access permission might be a reason, which is not available in Settings for the app). Can can’t be used at the moment. Can you please update the app so it can be used again?

Completely useless camera with a completely useless app.The system will not get past reading the code after light flashes amber. After wifi set up, your screwed. Will not read code of flash green. U S E L E S S ! ! !
Ok hardware shame about the rest
Glad I didn’t pay for these! The camera quality itself is good but that’s about it. All my notifications say the exact same date and time (19th Jan) even reinstalling apps and setting up cameras has not resolved the issue! The fact you need to pay for recording and only to the cloud is a joke

The camera works fine. The image quality is fine. But you can’t use it as a security alert without paying a subscription. Crazy that after paying loads of money for the camera, it doesn’t use native apple push notifications of a movement without paying Phillips £79 a year. You should be able to just get a push alert and the. Open app and record locally. You should not have to store recordings in the cloud if you don’t want to.

Cameras stop working after 6 months
Bought 4 of these, after 6 months only 3 work even after a hard reset. Enough said.

You get notified of movement, even if you’re at home. So I end up getting 100s of notifications. Otherwise interface works fine

This device never connects, it doesn’t read the QR code. You will pull your hair out trying to connect it. What a waste.
