Lacks basic functionality

Why is there no Forgot PW button? The app wouldn’t pull my bank info. So I deleted and redownloaded and now none of my PWs work when I’m 100% sure they’re correct. But there’s not even a reset PW button so I’m kicked out. There’s nowhere to ask for help.

TERRIBLE

Downloaded, signed in and screen just keeps “loading”. I can’t do anything on it. Absolutely terrible!!!! Not happy at all

Nothing loads

The only feature that works is the QR code. Payment, communication widgets etc all just continuously show as loading

Great when it works

Constantly logs me out, so I have to enter username and password each time I pick my kid up. Defeats the purpose, I can just give them the PIN rather than use the app.

Terrible for user

This app lacks basic functionality. I have to log in every single time I go to use it, which is twice a day to check my kids in and out of school. It doesn’t remember username or password, and doesn’t have Face ID. I don’t understand why anyone would ever choose this app to do anything for their business. It’s frustrating to have to use.
