InSitu Inspection

InSitu draws up the property inspection report on site, on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Room by room, with photos, dictated observations and both parties' signatures. The result is a PDF to attach to the lease and register. FOR WHOM For landlords, estate agents, property managers, building administrators, contractors, architects and engineering firms in Belgium. For anyone who draws up the report themselves, without an expert, and wants it complete. WHAT THE APP DOES • Create a home in one tap: the usual rooms, each with its standard items (floor, walls, ceiling, doors, windows, fittings) • Per item: good, normal wear or damaged, with an observation • Dictate instead of typing: the text lands in the right field, even without coverage (transcription happens later) • Photos per room, with damage marker and comment, numbered in the document with date and time • Parties with address, present or represented • Meter readings with meter number and EAN code, keys with count • Both parties sign on the device; the signature appears in the document • PDF to keep, share and register; Word document as an editable working version, also in Pages • Check-out report based on the check-in, with a table of differences • The app shows what is still missing for a complete report ALSO AS A PHOTO REPORT Besides the rental inspection report, you can draw up a photo report with summary: survey before works next door, leak detection, damage survey, description for the notary or handover of works. Zones, photos, summary and signatures "as seen", without meters and keys unless you switch them on. COMPLIANT The model follows what the Flemish, Brussels and Walloon housing rental rules require: detailed, drawn up with both parties, dated and signed, with meters and keys. The app does not give legal advice. THREE LANGUAGES App and document are available in Dutch, French and English, chosen separately. FREE, WITH WATERMARK The app is free and complete. Documents carry the watermark "Demo-versie – Gemaakt met InSitu". A single one-time purchase removes it, for all your devices. No subscription. PRIVACY Your reports stay on your device and, if you wish, in your own iCloud. No server of ours, no account, no advertising. Developed in Belgium, for the Belgian rental market.
