Cookies/Brownies/Ice cream
Great for a mid night snack ☺️
The best
Best cookies I ever had
Long Distance
The ordering was very user friendly which increases the chances of me ordering again to send to my son in college.
Ease and comfort
My fingers scroll the gentle touch of my iPhone. I feel the hum of the chip inside the phone.
Best cookies
These are the best tasting cookies I have ever bought
Can’t redeem rewards in app
The app works well except I can never redeem rewards in it. No way to reach out to a representative
Really Love their Ccokies
I love these cookies makes you feel so warm inside.
Ordering is fine
The delivery process is where the connections have to be improved
Love it
I really enjoy using the app. It was very enjoyable to use the app to order my cookies and have them ready for pick when i arrive. & I love that it has a tracker as well to see when order is ready.
Allergy Information
Wish you were able to add a note saying if they could change their gloves and/or use new tools to get the cookies!
6 pack
Delivery service is friendly and follow directions! Cookies are fresh!
5 Stars | Amazing Service | Quick
Best cookies I’ve ever had and I’m a cookie connoisseur.
Order through the app instead of DoorDash and Uber Eats to make sure your order is perfect. Also rewards are easy to get, pretty much after every order you can get a free cookie. Or save up for better rewards.

Mmmmmm Good! Worth It!
Yummy cookies, user-friendly app
Great experience with the app ordering, love visiting Insomnia Cookies when we’re in the area!
Love love love
I love this cookie shop fresh hot warm cookies perfect texture great customer service the store is always clean and is right up the street from my home very convenient
App is really bad
Doesn’t let me put the delivery address, doesn’t let me look at the menu, doesn’t let me log in properley
Nothing works in the app
Nothing works in the app
I feel like this app has gotten better!
Before I used to hate ordering on uber eats cause the price is more there and hate this app cause my drivers couldn’t contact me and got lost plus I couldn’t even track my status correctly.
All of it has changed and the rewards and app feel way more snappy, and drivers now contact me and complete delivery easier.
in short:
Good app and delivery service at good price = a lifelong time of their cookies in my belly
