App Is Trash
Oh really?! I get a free cookie for signing up for the rewards program?! Sounds great, except after 15 minutes of adding it to my cart, deleting it, adding it again and deleting it, shutting down the app and trying again, it never gives you the cookie for free and wants you to just press pay so they can charge you the extra money. I would like to say don’t blame malice with what could be incompetence, but these days, you know it’s probably just a money grab for people still stupid enough to waste money on cookie delivery.

never once have i had the app actually work especially with the “deals”. you can never add them to cart for pickup so you must go in store for it. also, half the promotions are listed wrong. the “cookie’wich” famously comes with one scoop of ice cream yet their current deal, on the APP, states “(2) scoops” but you arent given the option to pick two flavors!? the employee at the front was surprised at the fact it stated two scoops and asked to see the app promotion and ended up honoring the deal anyway. only have the app for points at this point.
