I recently completed an order for delivery thru the app. I’ve used the app for nearly a year, leaving home to pick up my order. Here’s why: delivery always changed my store to a different location. I like the location that is three blocks away.
Today, I learned that the location didn’t change. I had to enter the order four times, but I finally got it entered and accepted.
I’m really ready for my cookies!

Awesome Maggie!
If it wasn’t for Maggie at the Appleton, WI location, I would not have been able to place my order tonight. I kept typing in the address and as it turns out, the address on the map was completely different. Maggie actually called me back at my number to let me know what address I should use when I called the store to tell her I was having trouble. AND then she called me to let me know the order went through! Try getting that kind of service in this day and age. I wish I could have left her a tip along with the delivery person. Please manager, recognize her for all that she did!
