Awesome App!
I Love this app because it’s SO Convenient for festivals. The set times are there, maps, parking etc. The only problem is that you immediately lose reception at the venue and you have to screenshot everything.
Wristbands registration don’t work
Won’t let me even register my wristband app is okay but honestly getting annoyed that I can’t register it

Totally unusable, the set time are misaligned. Couldn’t delete fast enough.

Can’t even get a simple verification code sent to my email. Wonder how much else it won’t operate once I start to use it
No calendar, search option is useless.
What are the developers thinking here! The events are sorted in an indecipherable order. There is no way to change that order. There is no way to actually search either. I try to limit to a city and it just tells me to be more specific. One star because that’s the default and one for looking pretty. But as a piece of useful information delivery this is worthless.

Crashing Repeatedly
I can’t get this app to open anymore. Nov. 9, 2024, it was working fine until all the crowd finally arrived. Once I lost signal (and now forever), it will no longer open.
Wouldn’t let register my wristband
Got my wristband and typed the id number exactly. Didn’t work :(
Acts in alphabetical order - completely useless
Set times aren't shown when you look at a festival's setlist and when you try to make a 'schedule' it just shows you your fav'd acts in alphabetical order which is completely useless and ridiculous. Hmm here i am at the festival i wonder which act I'm paying to see is happening next. I have no clue but good thing i can find them in this alphabetized list

Crazy buggy
Just downloaded this app for the first time since I went to EDC a couple years ago. Within 10 minutes it’s already crashed 3 times while trying to log in, and add artists to my schedule
App is really buggy
The app is broken, wont even launch on my phone.
Unable to sign in - no verification code sent
Would love to use this app to its fullest potential but I can’t get past signing in. I’ve tried everything and it either closes down on me or won’t send a verification code. Please help!

Original: I think you should outsource your tech - like figure out how to have the Radiate app/team build or import stuff into your app! I feel like they have the best tech in the game and I met some of founders this weekend and they we super nice - told them I was going to leave this review in hopes Pasquale or someone sees it and reaches out to them about a collab! Teamwork makes the dreamwork - so come together for the community and make something great together!
