Great Platform for Inspectors
Great company to work for. Flexible scheduling allows you to fill gaps in your work week. Good tech support.
Terrible(left 5 stars so it’d be seen)
This company sucks, they used to offer actual home inspections,albeit, at a severely discounted rate. But now they call everything “move in/move out” inspections and want you to follow internachis sop like it’s an actual home inspection for $125-$140. Not even close to worth it.
Oh and if you sign up and there’s already people in your area that they’ve been using then you show up at the bottom of the list…this means that the people before you get first dibs on every job and whatever the don’t accept just drops down until someone accepts it. Meaning if you just signed on then you rarely get anything and if you do it’s the jobs no one else wants. Do better inspectify…

Worst app ever!!!
The app keeps crashing every 30 seconds while performing an inspection.
Super helpful
I love Inspectify because it connects me directly with serious homebuyers and investors who are ready to move forward. The platform makes scheduling, payments, and report delivery smooth and professional, saving me time so I can focus on doing quality inspections instead of chasing paperwork.
Terrible app
When I wake up in the morning and I have an inspectify job. I know it’s going to be a bad day.
I’ve used a number of inspection apps throughout the last three years. And this is the worst one.
The app is incredibly tedious and slow. It takes me 3 hrs to do what I normally do in 1 with other software.
It kills my phone battery and overheats it faster than any app I’ve ever used. Terrible optimization…
I’ve never made it through a job without having to use a back up battery and almost every job requires a freezer break where I have to put my phone in the clients freezer while I wait for it to cool off.
Trash app. Can’t they are trying to add more terrible features to it.

Took an inspection. Inspectify never booked it.
I just drove 50 miles, one way, to do a draw inspection that they never booked. Could not complete due to their own negligence. 0/10. Extremely unprofessional.
Horrible optimization
By far the worst inspection app I have used. It burns my battery to the point I have to use it in airplane mode and with battery saver on. The more “features” they offer the less accurate and more time consuming the inspection takes. They are trying to take the inspector out of the inspection. Poorly optimized features get implemented and you are just expected to test it live for them. Poor experience for customer and inspector.

This is way more than an app. It’s a platform that allows inspection companies to grow, diversify their services, and adds a substantial support team for all kinds of unique opportunities you won’t find anywhere else.

Terrible pay, terrible app good for home inspectors who are struggling
No work offered.
Been a month and not a single offer. So far has been a waste of time. I guess it’s not for any area. Maybe other areas have more work?

Worst Inspection App Ever
Numerous things wrong with this app.
1. Often malfunctions. Every time the IT department “fixes it”, it has more malfunctions.
2. They constantly change it, whether it is what they want answered, amount of pictures for each section, etc.
3. Not put together by an inspector. If you follow the steps in order, you will have to walk about 7 miles back and forth from inside to outside and around the house probably 50 times. If you try to take the pictures you think you know they’ll expect for the latest “update”, it may or may not accept pictures from your phone/tablet.
Summary…Nothing constant but change. Fixes means new requirements and more trips around the house. Updates means more errors and frustration. Consider looking at Cloudinspect.

App force closes every time I try to upload photos
My experience with this app has been terrible. Now I’m forced to “acknowledge nothing is wrong” with my new apartment because I can’t complete the inspection because I can’t add photos. The app completely force closes every time I even click the icon to add photos.
