Greed
Charged me $150.00 to send a single report after my trial had ended. I opted for their $7.50 option, then the turn around and add $150.00 and say it’s a start up fee. Companies these days are rooted in absolute greed and see nothing but dollar signs. I understand a start up fee but making it X15 of what the customer wants is pure and corrupted greed. Won’t be using this app anymore. And may just start typing up reports on my own and develop my own app with how greedy this company is. The owner of this company deserves to get cussed out to his face

App takes too long to sync after the new update.
Sometimes when I start a new report on the app, it freezes for a couple of minutes before allowing me to continue. I find this to be frustrating.
New Version is complicated
New version is complicated and . Have to juggle between different screens to achieve or to the next step, have to hit the back arrow to go to the next section. It’s extra time consuming
