Greed
Charged me $150.00 to send a single report after my trial had ended. I opted for their $7.50 option, then the turn around and add $150.00 and say it’s a start up fee. Companies these days are rooted in absolute greed and see nothing but dollar signs. I understand a start up fee but making it X15 of what the customer wants is pure and corrupted greed. Won’t be using this app anymore. And may just start typing up reports on my own and develop my own app with how greedy this company is. The owner of this company deserves to get cussed out to his face

App takes too long to sync after the new update.
Sometimes when I start a new report on the app, it freezes for a couple of minutes before allowing me to continue. I find this to be frustrating.
New Version is complicated
New version is complicated and . Have to juggle between different screens to achieve or to the next step, have to hit the back arrow to go to the next section. It’s extra time consuming

Impressive!
As I prepare to launch a business that’s similar to home inspections, I’ve been searching for the right tools and this app has exceeded my expectations! I would like better picture quality in the reports and the picture layout should be better. And why do I get three emails each time I submit a report?

Excellent support
So I accidentally erased a photo after an inspection. I contacted Michael and he was able to retrieve the photos for me and kept me from an embarrassing return to retake the inside photo of an electrical panel. He had it back to me within an hour of sending him the email.

Miserable customer service
Terrible customer service, coupled with a unreliable and inconsistently performing app equals a terrible experience as a whole. After several issues (on more than one occasion) with the app (such as editing, publishing, and payment) verbally speaking with a representative is apparently out of the question. After a glitchy process of back and forth emailing the representative was not helpful and rude. I was going to ask for a manager, when I noticed that I was talking with the co-founder and realized I’m S.O.L. I would not recommend this software to anyone.

New app
New app is not as straightforward to use as the legacy app. Not fun as it used to be.
Auto capitolization
I’ve had this app for five years in the beginning I didn’t have near as many typos from auto capitalization, but now they seem to be rampant. I have emailed TechSupport asking for a conference, but got no reply
Crash
Five minutes left to my inspection and the app closed down. I cannot reopen it nor delete it and reinstall the app. It simply won’t open I have 30 other apps on my iPad and those all open fine
A must for home inspectors!
This app has helped me to save so much time when it comes to writing my reports. It use to take me an hour or longer when uploading pictures. This is a one stop shop for home inspectors, and one inspection a month covers the cost!
Android version
I’ve been told for 4 years there was going to be an android version. All items I have are android based. I had to buy an iPad just for this program and can never access when I don’t have my iPad with me. Looking for a new product.
Report Flexibility
It would be helpful if the notes and report ID would show up on the Job Information Page. It would also be helpful if you could include or link to and reference the relevant building codes similar to the BlueDag App for ADA inspections. Also, the ability to mark-up a photograph would be great. Other inspection apps have these features.

Customer service
The app itself is a great app for home inspectors but the customer service has been the worst by far. I have closed my business and they were supposed to delete my account over two months ago. They keep telling me we’ll get it in a couple days and it’s been several months. Very very disappointed with their customer service. If I get back into home inspections, I will use something different next time simply because of how bad their customer service has been.

Good
Getting expensive for small companies when paying for single inspections. Was $5 each and now for a yr it’s been $7.50 each. If it goes up again I’ll look elsewhere. Works good but there’s better apps out there though. Somewhat easy to use but time consuming.
