App Freezes Constantly
When I first started using this app, it was great. I could go through a whole inspection without it freezing once. Now, you might get through 1/4 of your inspection when it starts to freeze. It will then freeze every 10 to 15 minutes. You will then have to, totally close your report and re-open. Then you have to scroll back through the pages to find where you left off. Very aggravating and time-consuming. I emailed the company who provides this app and they told me it was probably my iPad. That’s a joke, my iPad is new. I see other reviews with the same issue also. They had me totally delete the app and reload to try and fix. This did not work and it also deleted all of my written comments. Someone truly needs to update/fix this app.

App freezes
It’s very simple to use, but the app constantly freezes up and doesn’t allow you to go to different sections or add arrows to pictures. You have to close and reopen the app. It definitely needs some software updating and it might not be a bad app. It seems like the company just forgot about it.
New inspector
As a new inspector this could very well get the ball rolling. I’ve spent many hours training and learning every component of a home, terminology, ride alongside, and inspecting my own home. My point is u don’t need to spend several more hours mastering a new software when you’re brand new. This is easy to use and begin to bring in some revenue to cover your investments.

Easy to use
Glad to have access to this software. I like the ability to write up everything on-site and not have to log in online and wait for info to upload.
Very bottom quality
It’s not surprising that a free app included with classes is not the best but their claim of a $400 value for it is insane.
There is no cross device syncing. So iPhone pictures to iPad annotation is not an option.
There is no pc syncing. Want to pull it in to the pc and write up all your comments? You can’t.
Want to add your own legal description in the front of the package. You might as well do that in word and just morph those documents and the pdf created here before sending it.
Overall. For pushing professional models in the class this is the least professional software I have four
