Fraud

App hasn’t worked for years, don’t buy their equipment. Biggest rip off ever.

Not working

You can’t even log into the videos it was a waste of purchase

This app is defunct

The app no longer plays content. It has always been glitchy, but now it doesn’t function at all. Don’t bother with the app, and I’d advise skipping their equipment as well.

The old bait and switch

The app used to work fine. A couple of months ago the training videos stopped playing back. I called customer service who was extremely rude about everything and said they were aware of the problem but weren’t sure if they will fix or not. They said the company had a new owner and recommended I sign up for a subscription on a different app of theirs.

I feel cheated, like the new owners, Chris Hemsworth or whoever, are bait and switching me. First they promised a free app, and when it doesn’t work, they try to get money from you, instead of actually addressing the problem. It’s like they don’t care about anything but making money.

Very disappointed!!

All content frozen nothing works

It was never great to begin with but hey a free app that does nothing is cool too, I guess…

Is this app active?

I have registered but not receiving email confirmation. Is the app still active?

Works for me

I’ve been using this app for over two years, since buying my indoor cycle from Costco. I have a couple of workouts that I use regularly and it works well for me. Periodically the app freezes for 20 seconds or so then quickly catches up. You can’t beat the price (free) and there are lots of workouts to choose from.

App is no longer maintained

There isn’t a registration, just a log in. was able to make an account in a web browser but wasn’t able to use that login for the app. what a joke

I don’t know how to sign in

I have registered in Inspire Web, but can’t log in the app. Please help me

Can’t even get in

Worthless. Signed up with Inspire Fitness, got the email and everything. App won’t recognize the account. Log in on the web page and it’s fine. Spent an hour trying to reset password, etc, still won’t recognize it, so can’t even open the app. Garbage app, if you can’t even get in.

Mid app.

App works good, but there’s so much more features that need to be added to the app while working out such as average speed, heart rate, cadence, and watts, that way you can track your workout progress.
Also at the end of your workout it’ll be nice to see a graph of peaks of cadence, resistance, power and speed. I know all of that can be done, just go to work on it. Another thing missing is that I cannot link my workouts directly to Strava, you need to be able to link to Strava. Please work on it.

No way to sign up. Is this a joke?

The app does not have a way for a new user to sign up. I went to the website and signed up there but the same credentials doesn’t work in app. How does this ever pass QA?

No more classes?

No new classes are available on demand since about a month ago…. What’s happening? There used to be new classes every week.

Inspire equipment? Don’t install this

I bought an inspire functional trainer from costco and a QR code in the box brought me to this app. But you can’t log in. The website where you redeem 1 year free is actually signing you up for centr, a different app somehow involving Chris Hemsworth. Go find that one in the app store instead. And your login will work there.

Sign in but how do you sign up?

Was kinda excited about the app but that excitement went away after I couldn’t sign up as an option. Sorry, not sorry but this is trash and I don’t have the time to research how to register.

Can’t even get in.

The App doesn’t specify that you need to create an account on the website. So don’t bother downloading the app until that’s done.
Once you create an account you have to verify the email. Simple enough, though I get a page saying there is a bad gateway, error code 502. Not sure what’s happening but if you have an app, I would suggest ensuring it connects properly to the website instead of this clunky process.

Fix your app

I can’t start on demand workouts after your last update. Please fix! ☹️

Useless because it cuts out.

I wish this app wouldn’t cut out, otherwise it would actually be useful. It consistently cuts out, therefore it is useless. Too bad because it seems like there is some good content on there if it would actually play.

Love my function trainer!

I love my function trainer but I find the videos tedious. Poor quality, annoying constant ‘Who’ sounds from some of the coaches is distracting. It won’t necessarily allow you to pause a video or go back 15 sec without having to start over.
