Resistance control has gone rogue. Jumps from 1 to 32 and back again, continuously. Started after the recent update. Bike is no longer usable.

Terrible Update — You Ruined the App
Absolutely terrible. No more free bike rides, no more scenic videos. Basically, you took away everything that made this app worth using. What a ridiculous downgrade. I’m not paying just to get features that used to be free. Extremely disappointed and deleting the app.

forced me to create account on web, then drove me to shop account creation.
then can’t use shop account to login on mobile app, reset password doesn’t work logging in on mobile app, help desk link goes to non-existent website
