Buyer Beware
This equipment is the worst and most useless part of my entire gym. It literally only serves as a mirror now. When it works it works but in the end I was paying a monthly fee for the hope that the equipment would work and the workout would be updated. Do not buy this equipment!!!!!

Poor customer service
They don’t respond in a timely manner. Wrote my password down and it does not work even though I am a paid subscriber. Then there’s no “Forgot password “ even though you want to change it. Difficult to connect. Great looking product though.
