trash

astonishingly bad software. incredibly unreliable at connecting to devices, and when it does manage to connect it sometimes simply stops recording distance mid-run

Literally useless with paying subscription

Just joined a different gym. Having had the luxury of GymKit equipment that pairs with an Apple Watch and records all workouts; I now the infuriating issue that I can’t track anything without paying a subscription that is half the cost of my gym membership. Oh yes, and if the gym equipment happens to have a screen you need the pro membership which is £400+ per year…and that will do is send data to Apple health. No tracking HR.

I have zero interest in anything the app has to offer except this absolutely basic functionality, yet ifit seems to getting away with absolutely rinsing people. Deleted immediately

Tv app is awful

App on treadmill is great but if you are trying to do a workout on the tv esp with favorites saved from app on cell they will not work took over 1.5 today to get connected extremely frustrating and if it should have this figured out by now with the cost of the yearly subscription

Terrible advertising

I bought a rowing machine that had their programming on it. It said to buy a membership to row with them. I did that then I couldn’t use over half what they advertised because I had to then buy the pro bundle. This wasn’t in the advertising, both packages said 10 000+ workouts. It never said one had limited amount.
All the top videos to pick from and pro package only.
I will be unsubscribing

Not good

The app has declined over the last few years. It prompts me to log in every single day when I go to use it, followed by a membership screen. After editing that I can finally use my pro-form bike. App has trouble saving my workouts as well. I have had several 30 minute workouts fail to save to the app when after hitting finished. Which is the whole reason I use the app
