trash

astonishingly bad software. incredibly unreliable at connecting to devices, and when it does manage to connect it sometimes simply stops recording distance mid-run

Literally useless with paying subscription

Just joined a different gym. Having had the luxury of GymKit equipment that pairs with an Apple Watch and records all workouts; I now the infuriating issue that I can’t track anything without paying a subscription that is half the cost of my gym membership. Oh yes, and if the gym equipment happens to have a screen you need the pro membership which is £400+ per year…and that will do is send data to Apple health. No tracking HR.

I have zero interest in anything the app has to offer except this absolutely basic functionality, yet ifit seems to getting away with absolutely rinsing people. Deleted immediately

Tv app is awful

App on treadmill is great but if you are trying to do a workout on the tv esp with favorites saved from app on cell they will not work took over 1.5 today to get connected extremely frustrating and if it should have this figured out by now with the cost of the yearly subscription

Terrible advertising

I bought a rowing machine that had their programming on it. It said to buy a membership to row with them. I did that then I couldn’t use over half what they advertised because I had to then buy the pro bundle. This wasn’t in the advertising, both packages said 10 000+ workouts. It never said one had limited amount.
All the top videos to pick from and pro package only.
I will be unsubscribing

Not good

The app has declined over the last few years. It prompts me to log in every single day when I go to use it, followed by a membership screen. After editing that I can finally use my pro-form bike. App has trouble saving my workouts as well. I have had several 30 minute workouts fail to save to the app when after hitting finished. Which is the whole reason I use the app

Redesign needed

This app needs to be redesigned to a more modern workout app. Let us play our own music, let us pause/rewind/skip ahead, improve connection to Apple Watch

Don’t do it

Waste of money
Also will not sync with Strava. For something so expensive you would expect everything to be seamless and it is far from it

First Use

Downloaded iFit to try out. Was supposed to get a month free trial, but credit card charged immediately. Then during set up, I was unable to put in height or weight for my profile. Finally, issues connecting to my Concept2 rower.

The one workout I did was okay. Going to give it a month, but not impressed with the first day.

Amazing!!

Gosh so thankful for all the trainers especially Ashley Paulson and Tommy Rivs!! Literally never a bad workout! And always endless motivation! Special bonus they always teach you something new! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!

Easy breezy

Love that I can access an iFit workout on any piece of equipment or at home. It’s also super to be able to search available options based in my moid or ask AI for suggestions to enhance my routine. Plus seeing fab locations is just awesome.

Love it💜

The calendar feature helps me plan and stick to work out series. I’ve been using IFIT 3-6 days a week for over 3 years now and can see and feel the results!

App Crashed

As I was rowing the app crashed and I had to start over. This is not uncommon.

New age old man

Yes I
Love it
Very informative and motivational
Thank you

Nearly Impossible To Cancel Membership

The app itself is good and I like the rowing workouts a lot. However, they have changed the process for canceling a membership and it is unbearable. Rather than canceling online or in the app, you have to call a call center in India and struggle through broken English to cancel the membership. Easily the worst membership cancelation process I have ever been through.

Just Dumb

Can’t connect to Apple Watch or equipment without internet. Even though you have cell service. In 2026, this is utterly incompetent

Don’t do it

Waste of money

Terrible updates 2026

This app is getting worse and worse with every update. I own an elliptical and can no longer filter results that are appropriate for it - the older filters had categories such as running, walking, hiking, etc. No more - now it is all categories like yoga, dumbbells, etc that are irrelevant to my machine. They also took away the filter to sort by shortest to longest workout time within a time block. It’s impossible to search for anything useful. I will not be renewing my membership once it runs out this year.

No test or demo workout

I really love to have some limited demo workout

Great

So far so good really nicely designed .

Bad update 3.9

Had no Apple Watch connection issues before, after update constant connectivity issues. Also since the beginning of 2025 the app no longer works with Apple
Fitness. You guys need to step it up asap or I’m done spending $40 a month
