Very disappointed in the music being taken away from all spin classes with only a few on demand having music. This is not the same app that I started with. Such a shame!
Always crashes when favoriting a workout
I don’t know what happened, but now whenever I favorite a workout, the app crashes. My favorites on the app are also not the same ones as my favorites on the bike’s screen. They aren’t syncing. I tried un and reinstalling, but that didn’t fix anything.
First day back from open hip surgery, 84 days.
Love this ride on my Echelon indoor trainer. Another two months until my hip has strong enough to take a fall outdoors so I’ll just fall in love with my indoor trainer all over again.
Never connects properly
Have to plug in 4 + times to get app up and sometime it never connects & have to connect to my cell phone to operate.

This app is COMPLETELY USELESS!! I don’t see why if I want to just do freestyle rides that I have to sign up for a subscription!! GARBAGE!!!
Not worth monthly subscription
The treadmill was not cheap let alone to have to pay a monthly subscription for it to sync to my phone or Apple Watch what a bunch of bs and your data is collected for their own purposes no thanks.
No data
The cycling data almost never shows up. The app is very wonky. Won’t connect with an Apple Watch. No way to connect with the bike Bluetooth unless you start a spin class. Rarely gives you the option to connect the bike when you select freestyle ride. This is after I’ve tried every single fix I could find.

No music on workouts and unreliable.
No music on workouts (not the first time, apparently), freestyles don't save, and the latest update took away good classes and offer none longer than 20 min. Saving workouts hasn't functioned in the past year (meh). Doesn't integrate with Wahoo app. Not going to subscribe to use vibe-coded nonsense.

No Scenic Free Routes
Why did you remove the free scenic routes? That’s all I used and now they’re gone.
Too expensive
I just wish there was a tiered level of use/payment. Like if I’m only doing 2 spin bike classes a week it makes no sense for me to pay up to $53/month, $600/yr. It’s like paying for a monthly transit pass when you only use it a couple times a week. I don’t need the live class. All I want are the classes that have been recorded. I would even do the same class over and over if it was a good class. If it was cheaper I’d be all in. And Michael Browne is FANTASTIC! His delivery and encouragement to those in the live classes is great. And his seamless transitioning while talking is perfect. He’s the best you got. All your instructors need to learn from him. Alas, I can’t justify the payment. I wish that I could.
