Excellent product excellent service been using for years
Inspire home automation products, technical support are excellent. I have used their products in many properties throughout the years and they have been reliable easy to use although some set up is required. They are conscientious about their products and the technical support they provide if there is some issues in operation. I consistently recommend use and loyal to these central heating control products that enable me to reduce and eliminate abuse on gas bills in house Shares. There are other products out there which are cheaper but in no way are they as rich in there capability as inspire home automation products that are high fused and installed. Thank you for the years of service.

Update is flawed - layout is messed up
The latest update has caused the layout on an iPhone 12 to become badly formatted. Nerfs an urgent fix. Also Google Home integration no longer functioning properly as it previously had done
Easy to fit and use
Had this system for a couple of years and reliable and easy to use.
Unit replaced an older analog thermostat easily, and no ongoing fees or subscription for its use.
It is smart enabled so connected to the WiFi at home.
Coupled with the Inspire app, means I can adjust and monitor my homes heating (and hot water if required) remotely - as and when needed.
The app also gives me access to control temperature, when away from home.

Works well - very useful
App seems to work well - very useful to be able to see what is happening at my HMO and monitor temperature and heating usage.
Uses to be much better
When first releases the company were most helpful and had good updates.
The new version of thermostat is not compatible to plug and play like the old one and requires professional installation.
Updates for the older model have stopped, no Homekit support or Watch app.
Really sad as i supported this from the start when it was great. Sad to say i may move to Nest soon :(

Excellent Device
Using inspire home automation for a few years now. The support team are superb with a huge willingness to help and make sure their customers are well looked after and happy. Highly recommend their products, it’s a purchase you won’t regret.

Landlords edition gives Hive a run for its money!
I own 5 apartments within a very nice HMO house-and installed this system three years back now to control the heating. It is a great app giving the Landlord protection against abuse, and the Tenant perfect controllable Heating when required. A perfect solution.
Fantastic and voice-over accessible for the blind
Really like this application and it is a breeze to use even if you cannot see the screen which is my case. I would love some notifications however when temperature falls below or exceeds parameters. But a great effort.
