Cant add card

App is useless because I cant add ANY card to purchase food. I asked around and I’m not the only one with this problem. Seems like something they should have figured out.

Cool workplace app

This app makes going to work more fun, I can get into my office using my phone, and I save money shopping with its perks. I also love to find out the events going on in my building, from free massage days to free lunches and bouquets. Definitely recommend!!

Can’t use building ID

Won’t let us add it to apple wallet. Can’t access the gym. Have seen other residents do it. No help option on the app. Terrible app.

Significantly Improved Over Time

Honestly, a few years back, this app was very buggy.., but it seems like a lot of work has been put into improving and redesigning it. The rent payments and smart locks features are great. Plus, The Hub tab offers a lot of useful services now.Hope that it will keep getting better.

Freezes up too often

App freezes up a lot and have to reinstall. Needs to be fixed. Functionality is just OK.

I cannot add my gym card to Apple Pay

Doesn’t work

Can someone fix this app? The captcha portion doesn’t properly work and won’t let me log in. Also very buggy in general. This app is garbage.
