Fix ur Ai monitoring, I’ve been suspended numerous times out of nowhere. I hardly ever use it or post anything anymore. My old account got disabled permanently for communicating with friends.
Now my new account got suspended three times due to random suspicious activity although I hardly ever use it anymore.

I am so disappointed with instagram right now…I have had my account for more than 5 years and they decide to take my account, suspend it and I still haven’t received an email explaining what happened….it was not just my Instagram it was my facebook too where I have pictures with my late grandpa. I’m so disappointed and sad.

Suspend problem
Hello Instagram team, I had an Instagram account under the username 'anglina8321' which has been shut down by Instagram. Could you please check and let me know when and how it can be reactivated?

My instagram account has been wrongfully suspended ,, it's always getting suspended now i stayed off instagram to see how it would work over time and it only stayed for 2 weeks i want it for at least 3 months at the max please ?

“Flash” Film styles don’t work
With recent Ai restyle additions it Destroyed Existing filters ,flash no longer does anything but actually dim the photo when it was absolutely stunning and professional right before adding all these new Ai filters ,the same for dirty flash which would give you a stunning and sexy night film look ,now adds some random person to the photo instead of you ,really cheapened n destroyed such beautiful quality film filters ,most film styles especially all the flash ones no longer work and i loved them ,please fix them to be how they were before all these additions update :dirty flash is slightly improved but flash is still bad just removes light and changes your face to a stranger

Critical Bugs & Zero Support – Safety Concerns Ignored
I am downgrading my rating until Instagram addresses multiple critical, reproducible bugs that severely degrade functionality and user trust. Myself & many other instagram users are facing these multiple issues on instagram. There are multiple subreddits addressing these concerns. Instagram just refuses to fix their app issues. The first issue is the audio in private dm videos not being synced.
1· Audio Desync: When sending video files via Direct Messages, the audio lags significantly behind the visual track upon playback.
The next issue is videos showing as pixelated images. Mind you all of these are happening in dms with other instagram accounts. This completely ruins the communication that occurs between friends & family on instagram .
2· Thumbnail Corruption: Videos frequently render as pixelated, garbled images in the chat preview instead of generating a proper thumbnail. This occurs inconsistently but persistently across both Wi-Fi and 5G.
The third issue that happened is with multiple people i know, & with one of my accounts. My account got locked out, i thought i got hacked. & my password stopped working. When i looked this issue up , multiple people also faced this same issue.
3. Critical Authentication Failure (Account Lockout)
· A severe login bug occurs when users are logged out. The existing password becomes unrecognized, and the password reset flow is broken—new passwords are accepted via email but fail to grant access.
· The only current workaround that worked was changing the password and (waiting 7 days post-deletion), this is unacceptable for a global platform. This points to a deep-seated session or cache corruption issue that needs a hotfix.
The fourth issue that i face almost daily is
4. Poor Call Stability
· Voice and video call quality frequently experience audio issues and warnings despite stable network connections, making the feature unreliable for business or personal use.
4. Unacceptable Support Silence (Trust & Safety)
· Most critically, I submitted a formal report 4 months ago through the app regarding harassment and privacy concerns (specifically, unauthorized viewing of my follower list by aggressors). I have received zero acknowledgment or reply.
· Ignoring safety tickets for a quarter of a year violates your own Community Guidelines enforcement promises and erodes user safety.
I humbly expect:
· A public response to this review acknowledging these DM processing and login bugs.
· Escalation of my unresolved safety ticket (Reference Date: ~March 2026).
· A timeline for the upcoming patch addressing video encoding.
I will update my rating immediately upon receiving engineering confirmation and support resolution. Please treat this with the urgency it warrants.

Too many changes
Instagram is far less enjoyable to use & targeted at influencers & advertisers. The complexities of gaining followers are mind boggling. Make it a platform for everyone again please.
No Support Even for Meta Verified Subscribers!
I am a paying Meta Verified subscriber, but the premium live support is completely broken for days with a "Something went wrong" error. Meta is charging my card but refusing to provide the support service I paid for. This is a scam. Fix the support portal immediately!
