My phone is old and broken because I’m poor and can’t get it fixed nor do I want to get a new one so I’m on an older iOS. Locking calls behind an update is bogus.

Incredibly Offensive and False Allegations + Ban
I was an avid Instagram user up until Wednesday, September 9th, when my account was wrongfully suspended and eventually banned.
I was extremely upset to see the offensive and false allegations I received from your team. Charges related to child trafficking, nudity, and exploitation are serious and not to be given lightly. I have thought back to my account and posts deeply, and have not considered anything could be remotely connected to those severe accusations.
Upon receiving the suspension, I immediately took action and completed all verification steps. I did a facial recognition video and submitted my identification card. I was shocked to see that even after proving my identity, my account was permanently disabled with no opportunity for me to use my voice and advocate for my innocence.
Again, I am incredibly disappointed in the poor service I have received. I implore you to make the right decision. Furthermore, I would strongly encourage your team to start removing actual child predators, with concrete evidence against them, from the platform to protect minors, such as myself. I would also appreciate being able to understand the banning process and the evidence that is gathered to take action.
The customer service is also the worst I have ever experienced. There are no opportunities to speak to an actual, human employee; only the AI that, in reality, is wrong most of the time.
I am incredibly disappointed. Do better.

Instagram I love this app, who doesn’t? You might be wondering why I’m rating this app a one star and it’s because of “the ban” basically every account I have made ever has been banned or suspended because I apparently followed a person who doesn’t follow guidelines. @instagram if you fix your app and actually give me an account I’ll rate this 5 stars. I genuinely love this app and any account I’ve ever made doesn’t compare to the one I’ve had. I’ve built tons of online friendships and now they are all gone, I’ve saved countless of videos and those are also gone. Pleaseee Instagram make me an account.
