Loving it!

Just started using this app as a service provider and really like it so far.

Services

Excelente add. Good service

Good App.

I using more than a year. I like it.

Friendly only for clients, not for Pros

This app is only for beginners who have a couple of screwdrivers and a tube of sealant; most jobs pay $50–100— and at the same time, you get a ton of calls from staff members giving you pointless instructions. I don't think this app is a good fit for anyone looking to grow their business.

Logo reflects deliverables

Looks like a dingaling wrapped by a snake. They pretty much begged me to sign up. I looked at their page and saw that they were advertising pricing. I haven’t seen since 2016 when I started my business and actually below when we started our business, we started by charging $50 an hour so I told him that his clients are not gonna be people that were interested in because they have checked out of reality, it cost $50 in fuel round-trip just to go to most places in any major city. You and the guy is just starting out nowadays start at like $75hr maybe if a guy is a meth head or illegal that lives around the corner they can charge 40 something dollars an hour was like no it’s not like that. Trust me there’s gonna be great opportunities. Every “lead” has been absolute garbage. Wanting us to come mount TVs mainly for less than $50 when we normally charge $125-$200 just to show up and insure/warranty the work. And it’s not like we’re bougie we live in an RV and can barely afford to get by paying $1000 a month in rent. The real world in a major city like Atlanta is super expensive. The only people these leads are for is somebody who’s just starting out and is living out of their parents basement, junkies trying to get their next hit or undocumented people that are sharing a room that they rent.

Scam

It really seems like scam

Extremely low paying gigs here

The system is bad you can not set your prices or when you can. It won’t allow you to set a price over $120
This is a total joke

Fake company

They first called me numerous times to sign up for their service and then as a business provider, I’m not getting any leads what they promised me before installing the app. completely rubbish just getting people information your bank account information. Please be careful.

Scam

A person contacted me and said there was a job in my area. He described the exact task and asked for a quote. After I provided all the details, he said the client agreed and told me I could only confirm it through the app. But after I downloaded the app and completed the background check, it turned out there was never any client at all.

Good app for homeowners who seeks cheap labor

I want to warn others on theire Elit pro subscription, or all of their subscriptions.it is advertised as offering “unlimited job opportunities” but I got just 4. With $89 a month :each job cost $22.25. Most jobs are 30 min drive, and the pay is $38h, or 4 h for $120 , do the math : drive time ++gas , van insurance+ business insurance+tools+ veihcle depreciation… this app doesn’t care e about the providers or growing your business, they only care to make money and offer the cheapest option for theire customers. From a business standpoint , the numbers do not make sense,.I d prefere spend money on local ads than this platform.

Deception

I was contacted via text message from a staff member of InstaService. They said the sign up was free and there were no commissions. I downloaded the app and it asks me to purchase “credits.” They trick you by saying the job doesn’t cost money, it costs credits. Once I discovered this I deleted the app. I still have the text messages from their deceitful staff member as well. I would love to upload the screenshots.

Great Communication

Very thorough with their communication. The customer and the service provider are always fully informed on all details. Most importantly, when you call you get a person. Beat’s A$”i’s, hands down. 👍

Great Platform

Highly recommended

Useless app

Completely disappointed.
Since I registered 2 months ago I’ve never had any leads, it’s absolutely useless app…

No work

No work since I open the account

Scam

Was contacted via text asking if I wash fencing, I said yes and was given an area code instead of an address for an estimate. The reason I was given was the home owner was looking to book through the app, which I was interested to sign up for and accept the “jobs” waiting. There has been zero jobs

I liked

Everything is clear and simple normal prices

Boy don’t fall for this trap

They absolutely trick you into signing up by lying about having a worthwhile job for you to bid. They then accept your bid and tell you to make a profile…… once your totally signed in and 2-4days have passed for verification they say the job has been picked up by another provider and then send you $50 ceiling installs or $50 tv mounting. The customer base is completely saturated with “specific” clientele and they always pay the lowest for full service professional work. They also monitor your physical location and will harass you and watch you as you drive to the address . They also make it very uncomfortable for clients and providers to solve on-site issues by forcing the client to confirm additional time, labor, or service but the app doesn’t allow free will and they also take 3-5 days to send you your payment even though the customer can just pay you directly via Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, ect. They clearly tried to do too much within the planning of the app and it’s basically ruined the end user experience and they handicap the providers
