Getting better
I and my staff use this all of the time to order our cleaning supplies. It definitely has gotten better over the years. Obviously the desktop version shows more options but this app does pretty well everything I need when ordering.
Useless
Before home depot purchased supply works the app worked great. Now that it’s pro institutional the app just crashes, it doesn’t even load. Like the previous reviews said, if this app worked he would be purchasing more.
Piece of Junk
This app is worse than the website. Although the website has gotten a little better over time. (Their search function is much improved) This app unfortunately has not evolved at all.
This app, literally cannot stay open long enough to search for anything, without it crashing or landing on the “oops” page. I’d like to be able to use this app when I’m away from my office to order items.
That’s why I have an open PO for SupplyWorks (HD Pro Institutional - what a pain the... *ahem* What a mouthful. Should have just kept SupplyWorks) If this app actually worked, I could be ordering items when I’m decompressing at home. That’s when I remember all my, ‘oh, I should pick that up for this’ or ‘we’ll need that for this project’, etc., etc.
Translation= FIX THE APP AND MAYBE I COULD SPEND MORE MONEY WITH “HOME DEPOT PRO INSTITUTIONAL” (Seriously, that name is beyond ridiculous) INSTEAD, I ALWAYS WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW. BELIEVE ME, IF I HAVE TO WAIT FOR TOMORROW, I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE YOU THAT I AM BUYING THE PRODUCTS FROM SOMEPLACE ELSE LOCAL BECAUSE IT WAS MORE CONVENIENT...

Crashes
This app is actually worse than the web site. Has never worked. Customer service is on par with this app. 20 minutes plus on hold no solution offered.
