What's New in Insulin Resistance Tracker

2.10.0

October 4, 2026

Trends, rebuilt — your measurements and progress in one place The Trends tab is new. Pick a week, month, quarter or year and swipe back through past periods. Your goal sits on top, followed by the period in numbers — calories, glycemic load, macros, steps, activity and sleep — each with its change from the period before. Then come highlights, the foods behind your glycemic load and your daily rhythm. Also new: your body measurements in one swipeable card — weight, blood pressure, glucose and insulin, each with its own chart. A weigh-in or check-in counts the moment you save it, and add buttons open exactly the measurement you need.

User reviews

Easy to use, Exceedingly helpful

I’ve recently learned I’d benefit from tracking my blood glucose levels. Having not done so previously, I searched, found, downloaded, and tried many of the applicable applications.

After putting them through their paces, it is clear to me that Logi is in a class of its own. Not only does it do what the others do, it offers additional features that make tracking easier and more useful.

For example:

— Bar Reader: Rapidly finds almost anything I enter. If it’s not found, they make it crazy easy to get your item added.

— Journal: You can enter nearly anything and Logi finds the best match. From there you can modify, if needed, the ingredients and details.

— Educational Material: This, which surprised me, is also quite helpful.

— Entry by Photo: Snap a picture and Logi does a pretty good job (on a very hard problem) of determining what you’re eating. And, again, you can modify the results.

So, don’t look around, just by Logi.

Response from developer

Wow, thank you for this - and for putting so many apps through their paces before choosing Logi! This kind of thoughtful review means a lot to a solo developer. Really glad the barcode reader, journal, photo entry and educational content all landed for you. If you know anyone else who’s navigating blood glucose tracking, feel free to point them this way! 💚

Not good

Every time I tried to log or scan food, it would be inaccurate and inconsistent, personally it wasn’t too hard to figure out, but there are quite a few things that I think are unnecessary

Response from developer

Sorry to hear that! We’d genuinely love to understand what felt inaccurate or unnecessary - that kind of specific feedback helps us improve. Would you mind reaching out at contact@logifoodcoach.com? 💚

Best App Ever

Totally worth every penny… so robust, and you feel like the designer truly cares about you!

Response from developer

This genuinely made my day - thank you! 💚 I really do care, so hearing this means a lot. If you know anyone who’d benefit from Logi, feel free to pass it on!

Limited products

Very limited product inventory, and questionable accuracy of new products

Response from developer

Sorry to hear that! Our nutritional data is based on the US FDA and Open Food Facts databases. That said, gaps and errors are always possible. If you spot something specific, we’d really appreciate a heads up at contact@logifoodcoach.com - happy to look into it! 💚

Ai garbage

Extremely inaccurate

Response from developer

Sorry to hear that. Logi was developed with a certified dietitian and our nutritional data is based on the US FDA and Open Food Facts databases. AI is primarily used for food and portion recognition. That said, errors are always possible - if you spotted something specific, we'd genuinely appreciate a heads up at contact@logifoodcoach.com. Happy to look into it!
