Can Not Make Payments
The entire duration of this auto insurance policy I've been unable to use this app for making any sort of payment and it always always instructs me to logout then back in. It does not allow me to log out, it gives an error code only. I had a lapse in coverage my second month with this awful app because after enrolling in auto draft with a success message, it did not set up auto draft (my bank did show that it was set up on my end) and they failed to take the payment. Do NOT use this app for anything except retrieving your insurance card, if possible.
