Need A Lot Of Improvement
App does hot show what product/insurance you have. Waste of time while searching my insurance on it. I did not expect this from ICICI. Very disappointed.

It will not at all open . Always in 1st page . Don’t even show any login info.

This app is so useless that it does not even show your existing policies on your account. Chat support also acknowledges that this is not for which this app was made!!! It was made for the people on the planet Mars because people on earth have real policies that needs to be shown unnecessarily.
Useless App
Few issues I face with this app:
When I try to have a chat it consistently shows no chat agent available.
I opted for self inspection of the vehicle. I uploaded the video of the car from the app, and it's been 3 days but the icici guys say they haven't received my video even though the app showed me the message that my video was successfully uploaded.

Pathetic app where most functionalities do not work
It does not pick up existing policies even though same log in works.
The + tab in existing policies does not work.
Hence only a sales tool and not a policy help tool for existing users. The web portal is so much more effective but when it comes to app, they are not effective at all.

Surprised by seeing ICICI published this kind of app to the world. This doesn't even have the quality of an app written by a school kid. Pathetic :-(
