Please fix
Just won’t do anything. Screen completely blank when you try and open it. So frustrating
App hasn’t opened for weeks
This and always been clunky but it hasn’t opened for weeks and leaves me with a blank screen. I’ll have to use a different app now.
App works one day and not the next
This used to be a really helpful app for businesses but it really lets its self down now. For people who runs business and needs consent forms sent out fast then this ain’t the app for you. The number of times a consultant form should be sent out within a minute has in fact taken me hours as the app kicks me out or crashes. Sometimes I’ll click the app and the screen will just turn white, it’s just pot luck if it works so I wouldn’t recommend this for a thriving business as it not convenient in any way and in fact slows you down massively.

Bugging all the time
It’s embarrassing in front of the clients when the app just keeps freezing and them having to keep refilling the form has water so much of our time
Buggy as hell
Used to be so good. Easy to use etc. Now I can’t even send a simple consent form without being kicked out while using it half way through. Update from a few days ago doesn’t seem to have fixed it. It’s been happening for months
