Great for Aestheticians
I think the app is great overall,especially for aestheticians. Beauticians can make great use of this app too. It allows you to import your pictures and give good info about your services. The only two things I don’t like is how long it takes for my money to be processed and the discount section. I want to be able to run discounts for some services not all but it don’t let you do that.

DO NOT USE- displays personal details and wont delete accounts
I originally thought this app was great but then when I stopped needing it I tried to delete my client account still multiple tries later the page is still active, I also tried to delete my business account and yet again still active which is also displaying my home address on the front link onto Google. I have tried to get this resolved through customer service and been given the run around for over 2 months saying it’s googles fault as my accounts are deleted- yet both the Business and client webpages are still active. They have now stopped replying to me- extremely bad service and refusal to delete my accounts or remove my personal home address

Needs a major update
App has many issues. The calendar will not show who is booked in. Just shows my diary as empty when there are patients booked in. For the face diagram, if I make an error and want to undo, it makes me undo everything and start again. The notes save as individual lines and unable to do all my notes in one.

Best app for aesthetic practitioners!
Been using faces for over a year now and has everything I need to run my clinic. Customer service is really good and has all consent forms and a booking system. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service
I was upgrading my account from non prescriber to prescriber and Ben helped me make this an easy, faultless process.
I use faces for client records and will now use it to order my prescriptions as well as helping other non prescribe colleagues - one of the best features!
