Great for Aestheticians
I think the app is great overall,especially for aestheticians. Beauticians can make great use of this app too. It allows you to import your pictures and give good info about your services. The only two things I don’t like is how long it takes for my money to be processed and the discount section. I want to be able to run discounts for some services not all but it don’t let you do that.

DO NOT USE- displays personal details and wont delete accounts
I originally thought this app was great but then when I stopped needing it I tried to delete my client account still multiple tries later the page is still active, I also tried to delete my business account and yet again still active which is also displaying my home address on the front link onto Google. I have tried to get this resolved through customer service and been given the run around for over 2 months saying it’s googles fault as my accounts are deleted- yet both the Business and client webpages are still active. They have now stopped replying to me- extremely bad service and refusal to delete my accounts or remove my personal home address

Needs a major update
App has many issues. The calendar will not show who is booked in. Just shows my diary as empty when there are patients booked in. For the face diagram, if I make an error and want to undo, it makes me undo everything and start again. The notes save as individual lines and unable to do all my notes in one.

Best app for aesthetic practitioners!
Been using faces for over a year now and has everything I need to run my clinic. Customer service is really good and has all consent forms and a booking system. Highly recommend!

I was upgrading my account from non prescriber to prescriber and Ben helped me make this an easy, faultless process.
I use faces for client records and will now use it to order my prescriptions as well as helping other non prescribe colleagues - one of the best features!

Has everything you need
You can’t really beat Faces Consent. Whilst occasionally there are some issues when they do an update, the team are so easily reachable for such a big platform that it’s resolved very quickly. It’s absolutely top service that you can literally dm the owner and he gets back to you straight away. The pharmacy addition is so convenient too.

Problems after problems
I was recommended to use this app from someone but all I have experienced is issues, the app is useless as everytime I need to update a address, update payment details or even purchase there marketing services there are issues and I am told I need to do this all on the website which defeats the whole objective of using the app in the first place. To top it off their customer service is not great either , I was told I would get a call in regards to the above issues and haven’t, called their line a few times and no one has picked up. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Genuinely the worst consent form app and customer service team
They ask for updates on app like 5 times in the day. The customer service team never respond effectively within system issues ie the app not uploading before and after photos and not being visible to review. Very shallow tech issues you would think an inexperienced software graduate built this not a professional with the amount of issues and customer service support that is extremely poor. From booking. Treatments to review appointment notes ect everything is just inconsistent. I have had many issue with data being missing which is a huge gdpr issue. Would advise anyone to use this app.

I find faces so easy too use and navigate for myself and business and has everything that i need in one place without the stress of manually doing it my favourite feature in the app is consent and medical froms and its AI generator on treatment and production description it saves me alots of time and is totally stress free☺️

Faces are a really good business to use when having my own small business they are very helpful and quick with responding and any queries I’ve had small or big they’ve been able to help. It’s very handy that they have a WhatsApp service to promptly respond. I would recommend
