Can’t even find its own EV stations

My apartment complex recently switched to this company for its EV charger stations, and I really tried giving it a shot. First and foremost, it wasn’t a great opening that they raised their prices from $0.25 per kWh to $0.35 or higher, but I’ll let that slide because of rising electricity prices and stuff I probably am not aware of behind the scenes. I really hoped that at the least we would be getting a better product for the increased price, but I was too hopeful. This app really sucks… the user interface is really not a fun experience and neither is the pay plan they have you use to save a few cents on the cost of the electricity, which in itself was already a lot higher. Having to go down the list of chargers at your station and see the tiny font size saying preparing vs available (which are both green buttons!) is annoying, and just silly compared to other charging apps. And most importantly, half the time I use this app, it can’t even find its own charging locations! The only way to get it to work most days is to have to scan the QR code and then pull out my credit card and enter my card details all over again as if I was first creating an account! Luckily, to give it some credit, the chargers seem to work consistently without power cutting out and the speeds have been reliable. But man, does the app itself stink! Please fix it as I’d love to revise this rating.

Quick Setup

The QR code access was super quick to start a charge!

Easy to use

Easy to sign up - I like volume discount option

App doesn’t work

Tried 3 times to register on the app, but never got it to work. Had to pay manually

Rough start

The instructions could be clearer for the app. The website didn’t work for me - after scanning QR code, and entering credit card, the option to complete the workflow didn’t work. The app works but you need to be careful to scroll down and find the right charging port. The charging station that shows up on the map within the app is not the one to tap “start” on. So be careful to scroll down, find the port # that matches what you see on the actual port, and then tap start. Tech support is available, but not at night.
