First virtual visit
This is so convenient. I am hardly ever sick and the thought of going to an urgent care isn’t my first choice.

If you lack transportation or want to save on gas this is the best alternative than driving across town to visit the doctor in person! Amazing and fast!

Just a money grab for bad physicians
We were connected with an awful doctor (E. Thomas Bernhoffer) who instantly took a condescending “speak when spoken to” approach with me and could not be bothered to even look up when I spoke. Not sure if his problem is with women in general, or just with life. He curtly cut me off while I was answering a question about a symptom my daughter was having, and when I mentioned her sibling was just diagnosed with a very bad virus with a near 105 temp the day before, he had the nerve to put his hands up to the screen and start shaking his head no at me, and interupted me while speaking to tell me that was “unhelpful” information and “too confusing” and proceeded to just treat her for pink eye without another word about anything. He couldn’t have gotten off our call faster than if had just hung up. So concerning that such a pompous person is promoted by Integris, NO PHYSICIANS have ratings displayed on here, and that a doctor would not only dismiss other illness a person has had direct contact with, but also say it’s “too confusing”. Sickening, in a whole different way.

Took the $55.00 and told me to be seen again at urgent care-for my gout- I spent $155.00 the last time I went to urgent care.

This is a terrible option for health care. I paid $55.00 to be told to go to an urgent care clinic. I would like to file a grievance on this physician.

Worthless
Just took my $55 and no med for my typical sinus infection (my face hurts) that I have every year. I didn’t want to catch anything so I tried this app. I don’t see people. I’ve been wearing mask since the lock down. I usually don’t go see doctor for little things unless I have to. I don’t recommend.
UPDATE: He wrote me antibiotics that I am allergic to. (He repeated what I’m allergic to and also wrote it down in report. ) I had to see other dr. $55 wasted.

Elis Olson MD was so rude
Went through the virtual appointment with this DR. He was short and impatient, when we told him we couldn’t hear him, because his mic was cutting out, he said “don’t know what to tell you about that”. He ended up not even sending her prescription to the pharmacy. We had no way to contact him or email anyone. Finally found the number to customer service. Who was unable to connect me with another DR, without paying an additional $55. They are also unable to issue me a refund.

Instead of going down, the queue in front of me kept going up.
I tried to see a doctor for 3 hours. I would start with 20-30 people’s in front of me in the queue. It would get down to 4 people, say the provider wasn’t available and then put me in a new queue for the same doctor with 30 people in front of me!!! Never saw a doctor!!
Waiting room needs improvement
When you are waiting you can’t leave the app for long. You have to keep the screen open, it depletes your battery life while waiting. It should let you lock your phone or at least let you view other apps while waiting. Even a “call” type feature would be nice so you could do something else then receive the call when the doctor is ready.

Waste of time and money
No way to contact someone if you have questions after your visit.
Was disconnected three times, Dr was not very friendly and could have cared less how my son felt.
I wish we would have just gone in to see someone because this was a waste of money and time.

A great alternative to urgent care
We love this app & use it regularly to avoid catching something else, boring down the system, & just the chaotic ness of trying to get to the dr for small simple needs.
