No connection to BroadLink device
Unable to connect the Broadlink universal remote RM4 pro. Also does not work well with my rollerblinds in the Google/Alexa app

不能实现对broadlink 4位插排的单个插销进行周期性定时开关。非常傻，可以设置某个插销单独定时开启，但是如果想某个时间段内关闭这个插销要么完全关闭要么关闭这个插销时候开启其他插口，无法实现单独插销关闭电源。好在鸿雁智控的插排app可以搜索到并控制broadlink插排实现单个插销定时开关。
Give it zero stars if I could
Bought a couple of broadlink smart plugs. Downloaded the app, created an account and wasn’t able to add the plugs. The app kept telling me I wasn’t an administrator, even though I set up the account and was the only person on it. Absolute trash. Deleted the app and am returning the plugs, there are better products out there.

Works way better with RM mini 3 than the new BroadLink one
This one has no delay after pressing buttons. I fell sorry about having to close the popup asking me to use the BroadLink instead everytine I open the IHC (one more step to accomplish a simple thing like change the tv channel). Hope you can fix it in the new one.
Privacy Issue
I noticed that this App is somewhat bypassing the iOS Privacy Control.
As this app is not listed in any of the iOS privacy control such as photos, contacts, camera, etc it only listed in the microphone column which iOS can allow or disallow such.
I accidentally press upload of pictures for my location and it happened that this App can access all my photo albums. However, this app is not listed in photos privacy.
Likewise, I doubt Italy possible be able to access my contacts, camera, etc.
Again, I don’t have privacy control on such as this app is not listed there.
Not quite sure if it’s a big of iOS or an illegal pass-thru from within the App.
This can lead to serious lack of personal information.
AppStore should treat this seriously.

Problema com o RM4 pro Broadlink
Não consigo sincronizar o IHC com o HUB RM4,pro da Broadlink. Não reconhece.
Does not work. Period
First of all, it’s so confusing that there are multiple apps from broadlink and no one at broadlink can clearly explain which one to use. I just got rm pro and don’t really know which app to use. YouTube search has people using IHC so I tried that.
1. I have a google wi if and it accepts the credentials but then immediately goes on the start configuring the device and then fails. “Can’t find device”
2. I tried the other option setting. It asks me to reset it twice and then manually connect to BroadlinkProv WiFi. My rm pro is providing Broadlink_wifi_device as WiFi option so I connect there and then I get the error to connect to BroadlinkProv. So, that’s the end of that.
Can’t even get past the point where it recognizes the device. Broadlink website does not even bother to explain what app I’d for what use.
BTW, I was able to have “Broadlink” app recognize the device but the UI is old. This Product is going back!

Constantly logs you out.
And now it blocks your ability to auto-fill your password from your password manager.
Works. But having to freaking login every few days is obnoxious. If I could I'd only use Tasker plugin and the old app.

Would be nice to be add timers to a scene instead of having to make the same timer for multiple devices.

You will end up reprogramming your settings for all or devices at some point.
Problems with Alexa
Hi. Please, check Alexa issues with broadlink devices. Until yesterday, my devices (TV and Apple TV connected by Broadlink RC3 Mini) stop working and don’t accept voice commands. Alexa show devices, but rotines stop working. All command and scenes fine on ihc app (Broadlink iOS app).
Stopped working with IFTTT
I have used this app for several years to control an old window air conditioner but it just stopped working with IFTTT and seems I Connor get to login to it with IFTTT. There does not seem to be any English support available. I will have to use some other product if I cannot get my IHC account connected to IFTTT.
